The property was very clean and well maintained! The TV sucked because there was no service to it! The location was a 4 minute Lyft ride to Broadway, which was perfect t! Average cost was 7-11. The host was very good at answering any questions we had. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

There is a weird cut out between the kitchen and the second bedroom. People staying in that room can hear everything in the kitchen and the lights shine in also from the kitchen. Not great for the guests staying in that room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The river view is gorgeous and there was a cute turtle family we liked feeding. There is a train that runs frequently right by the condo which some may not like but it was not very loud and we enjoyed watching it. The location is very convenient and the free parking is a bonus.

Nashville Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and stocked as described and the walk to lower Broadway was only about 20 minutes. We hung out on the balcony daily!The second bedroom has an opening to the living room though so the noise carried into that room making it hard for the people in there to sleep while someone was in the living room. Also, it would have been great if the door code stayed the same throughout the trip.

Review

Location was good!The unit had a musty smell to it maybe due to lack of windows and fresh air!Wasn’t enough toliet paper for our stay also not enough dishwasher pods! We did have an issue with our door it didn’t lock properly Chloe was very kind and had it fixed for us.

Nice property

Nice property, very updated, be aware that every day you will get a new access code to get into the garage for parking and a separate access code to get into the condo. We felt very safe walking to Broadway. There was a lot of homeless people between the condo and Broadway. The parking garage is completely gaited which was good. If you're a coffee drinker, it takes pods. There are train tracks that run right next to the property and trains that runs day and night. The view is pretty. We are very happy with our stay and would rent again

Great location

Great location that is an easy walk to either Broadway or Nissan Stadium. The property had a great view out of the large window in the living area- the kids even spotted a turtle in the river! The bedding in the master bedroom left much to be desired. There wasn’t a proper fitted sheet and the mattress cover was stained. The bed also only had a sheet, no blanket/comforter of any sort. The secondary bathroom’s toilet didn’t flush and we needed to remove the lid to help it function. We didn’t reach out to the host during our stay because we just weren’t in the house much, but wanted to be sure that they are aware of these items.

Great place not so great TVs

The stay, and the property were wonderful, but if you want to use the televisions, it is next to impossible to get them to work. They need to have some type of instructions or directions when you are renting the place that the TVs are difficult to access.

Nightmare

There were numerous codes to enter...garage, elevator, unit, etc. Those codes did not work. After MANY calls to management, new codes were sent, which didn't include ALL the codes required. We were encouraged to download an app...which also had an incomplete list of codes. Additionally, the neighborhood was sketchy...homeless encampments, trash everywhere. We didn't walk outside at night. NOT a place to let the kids go out and play

Last minute trip

Place was nice. Area was under construction and the train was a constant. You get codes to get into the garage, elevator and condo, all different. The codes change daily, so you have to check the link daily. You can not get in to the condo until Exactly 4, even if you are willing to pay for early check in and the condo bldg is empty. The management is very nice, but not local, so not much help. I would not stay again.

Nice place

We were 7 buddies and enjoyed the place. Only thing to consider is the train that is pretty active. Otherwise everything was fine. good location not to far from broadway

Location, Location, Location!

Easy rental. Some learning curves with accessing codes for parking and the property. Excellent river view. Lots of train activity but sounds were not loud inside. Easy access to walking/running trails but some sketchy homeless camps. Easy walk to all the great stuff on Broadway (less than a mile)
