This property was wonderful and exactly as described and pictured. We had 2 units next door to each other, but it was easy to go back and forth. We had a large group in town for a family wedding, so we needed lots of bedrooms. The properties were both generously stocked not only with kitchen supplies, but also spices, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaners, etc. ... everything we needed for an entire week's stay. The property was super clean and comfy, easy to check in and super easy to check out. It is near a busy road but most of the time inside we couldn't hear any of the road noise, sometimes just a hum in the background. There wasn't a lot within walking distance, but we were able to walk our dog around and there was a park down the street. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

It was roomy. Had all the supplies and utensils. Perfect for our large group; plenty of space. Happy we were able to book both units together. Close to downtown. It was an average 10-15 an Uber/lyft ride. If you do have a large vehicle it barely fits in the garage. Would come back again!

Nashville F&F Trip, 2025 Edition

We had 2 adjacent 10-person properties in a Multiplex, and were pleased with the accommodations. Check-in was simple. Photos accurately represented the property. I had a little trouble signing onto the Internet; the customer service agent I spoke with helped with that. In retrospect, if I had looked for the property handbook I would've had no problems. The kitchen was well appointed. The open concept great room type living space easily accommodated our entire group of 20 so though half of us stayed next-door, we could all get together for food, fellowship and fun. We had several musicians in our group, and had an end unit and an adjacent unit. None of us are wild crazy partiers but we were able to stay up until the wee hours hanging out and playing music in the end unit. My thinking was that that way we would have no noise complaints. Several of us went to bed early and slept in the adjacent unit and we did not hear any of the acoustic music we playing in the other living room. The bathrooms were nice and there was no shortage of towels. The beds (including the hide-a-beds in the living rooms) were comfortable and had hotel quality linens. The HVAC handled the hot humid weather without a problem. None of us drove, but there was more than enough parking including 2-car garages for each unit. Ride share typically 15-30 depending on demand pricing. Neither the drivers nor grocery/food delivery services had trouble finding the address. Marked as a faveorite. Will stay again!

Amazing place

Place was amazing, and clean. Only downside is the neighborhood is not the best to walk around, and highway noise on deck is very loud.

Great Property in a newly renovated area!

Great rental for our party of 12! Beautiful new build in a recently renovated area of town. Close to Downtown Nashville, and access to arteries to get you any direction you wanted to go. We had 6 couples so the sleeping arrangements were slightly limited for one of the couples in each unit due to the room with 2 smaller beds. The couch in the main area was pretty uncomfortable, but really that was the only complaint we had. Don't hesitate to book if you're looking to spend some time in Nashville with friends or family and need the space. Management was awesome to deal with.

Communication was great. They allowed us to check in early. Pretty close to downtown.. an easy Uber ride. So much space. We were 5 couples. More than enough room. House was very clean and beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay again

The townhouses were great with only a 10-minute uber ride to Broadway, the location was a little iffy upon arrival because its in an industrial area but everything was good, the property managment company was available and provided information quickly when asked. I would recommend

The stay was overall really great! Avant stay had wonderful customer service and even got us in for an earlier check-in, despite it being a bit last minute. I only gave a 4, because it is a larger space that accommodates multiple couples VERY well, but did not have any replacement trash bags for the larger can and one of the chairs around the dining table was bent back and not really usable. However, these were not huge issues for us. We purchased some extra trash bags and there were other chairs and stools available in the space, so we still felt accommodated.

Bachelorette party

The property was great-it accommodated 20 of us, that we split between two units. It was easy to go in between the units and we didn’t feel too separated because of it. Location was good, Ubers are easily available and it’s a 10 min drive to Broadway. Property manager was quick to respond and follow up on requests.

Great place!

Accommodations were just as expected. Beds were very comfortable and units were well equipped. The HVAC in Unit 4 struggled to stay cool. Parking was not an issue and liked having a garage. Close to downtown and everyone had a great time!

Birthday in Nashville

We celebrated our daughter-in-law's 50th birthday with family and friends (12 of us). We rented 2 units next door to one another and everything worked out great, especially with everyone having their own bathroom. We would highly recommend staying here again. (Nothing to do with the stay, do not plan on going to Nashville during spring break - it was so crowded!)

The doors have us trouble, they would sometimes not unlock or beep like crazy. There was also no full length mirror or any hangers in the closets, which would’ve been a nice addition when traveling

Family Gathering

The reservation and check-in process was very smooth. The Shelton & Urban units by AvantStay were clean and accommodating. However, the walkway steps are a tripping hazard and caution markings are needed with better lighting. Also, the location of these unit faces a highway and is quite noisy.

Customer service came through

The overall property and community were as described. Spacious units, very quiet surroundings and close to many amenities. The customer service was outstanding! Our stay was during a time inclement weather in the Nashville area and the pipes froze in 1 of the units. But the customer team immediately organized local support to help us out. Everything ended up working out. 5 star stay...5 star support team. Highly recommend
