The Nelson mens get away.(Father, sons, grandsons, and nephew)

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean, conveniently located within 5 mins of the grocery store, 10 mins from Broarway and 15 mins from the airport. The owners were very responsive when we needed them, the rooftop area and the pool table were nice touches, and other than the dishwasher not cleaning dishes thoroughly annd the heating/ ac system controls not being straight forward, it was a GREAT STAY that I would definitely stay at this rental again for my next vist to Nashville.

The property was exactly as described. Communitcation was amazing. Honestly we were a little leary of the location, but once we got there, it was perfect. We spoke with the neighbors and they were extremely nice.If we had one issue it would be the hot water. It took a bit of time for the hot water to reach the upstairs bathrooms. The property was so amazing this minor inconvenience was worth overlooking.

Nashville Wedding Weekend

The accommodations are accurate as stated in the information. I loved that each bathroom had its own bathroom. The space was spacious for 8 of us plus two children. Keep in mind there are a lot of steps through out the house. House was clean and near Broadway.

Perfect for large groups

We loved staying at this house! Super accommodating for a large group and appreciated how every bedroom had its own bathroom. All the bathrooms had hand soap readily available… an extra nice touch would have included body soap/wash for those that forgot to pack it. It was clean and had a spectacular view of downtown. Be prepared to climb multiple flights of stairs though- it had around 4 I believe. A little too far to walk to Broadway area but Uber/Lyft was easy to grab.

Did not disappoint

This house was exactly how it is listed. Plenty of space for everyone and everything. Would def stay here again and again. We did walk home from Nissan (CMA FEST) due to uber congestion and that was doable (1.5 miles). Restaurants nearby were GREAT. Cant say anything bad about our stay except wish it was longer.

PERFECT!!!

Our group of 10 60 year old women couldn’t have been more impressed with the property! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, and located just minutes from the music! Karaoke and pool table were a wonderful surprise! So many bathrooms we could all get ready to go out at the same time. Separate air controls in each room were ideal. My 25 year old daughter who was with us wants her friend group to book this property in the future! Thank you for a perfect home away from home! Oh…and the wine was a super nice touch!

Great Property!

The property was easy to access and very clean upon arrival. There are a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms within the property, which is very accommodating for large groups and the property is very updated with modern finishes. I would highly recommend.

This house is in a great location in a trendy neighborhood and is also close to downtown Nashville. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooftop patio was an extra bonus.
