Skyline Views at #The Rooftop House Nash

  • The Rooftop House Nash is the perfect place to stay to experience Music City! We have a well-equipped rooftop with skyline views and are a 5 minute walk to The Gulch neighborhood, a 10 minute Uber from the airport, a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and walkable to many areas including the Gulch, 12th South, Edgehill, Wedgewood Houston, & Capital View. We're so excited to host you!

    The Space:
    The house is brand new and thoughtfully decorated to accommodate travelers! We have TVs and full length mirrors in every bedroom. We boast a designated makeup room lit with LED makeup lights to help make sure everyone has space to get ready to hit the town! With 11 beds, there are PLENTY of options for sleeping - no one will be fighting over rooms because they are all fantastic. Every entry point has push button key code locks for your convenience. The property has a two car garage and there is additional parking in front of the property on the street.

    On New Years Eve and 4th of July, enjoy the downtown fireworks from the roof!!!

    We have everything you need to cook a large meal - pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, a large crock pot, etc. Our large dining room table sits 7 and we have 4 bar seats in the kitchen. We also have two coolers in the garage if you like to enjoy your beverages iced cold!

    Your hosts are Nashville restaurant and brewery aficionados and have plenty of recommendations for you! We're so happy you're here!

We had a great time! The location is awesome and the roof top view is amazing. We had 8 girls and all of us were super comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend!

Our overall stay for a party of 10 adults was beyond our expectations. Alyssa was attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The house was great and accommodating to anything we needed. Great location to Broadway, Gulch and many other great sites and eateries. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Girls Shopping Trip

Love, love, love this area of town and the rooftop was awesome. We had a fantastic time sitting there- morning, afternoon and night. We biked to the 12 South area and walked to the Gulch.

The property was the perfect place for a 12 person weekend vacation in Nashville. It was super clean with great community areas to hang out. It was conventionally close to broadway for cheap Ubers or the electric scooters/bikes. The host answered all inquiries in a timely manner.

The house is great and would stay again. However, the one bunk beds are in a hallway not a separate room. We did not spend a lot of time at the house because we were exploring Nashville, but it was a great house.

The townhouse was perfect for our group trip. Everything was clean and very straight forward checking in and out! The rooftop was beautiful, but also felt like the temperature of the sun during the day just for reference!

Great property in convenient location

The property is excellent. The location is convenient to the Gulch and Downtown. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to any group that enjoys the area.

Great Location

We loved this place for a night in Nashville with several families. Held all of us well, Tons of space and very clean. The beds are super comfy as well!

Fun house for group!

This house is amazing - brand new and setup for a group. Loved the rooftop patio - although the patio in October was a bit too cold at night for this Texas girl. Easy to get a Lyft to tourist spots - but lovely to have 2 car garage for rental that we used to/from airport.
