Great location it’s about half a mile to broadway. Secure building, but no elevators. Unit clean and comfortable. Definitely will book with them again on my next visit.

Just some considerations...

The unit was clean, easy to access, secure, convenient to all things downtown, and the free parking in the building's lot is a great perk for anyone traveling by car. All the basics and then some were provided - pods for the dishwasher and washer (there is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the unit although not pictured), coffee for day 1, creamer/sugar, full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The property management team was very responsive to any questions pre- and post-booking. A few considerations (1) the pictures in the listing are not necessarily representative of this particular unit - most specifically there is not a walk-in shower (its a tub with curtain) (2) this building is older, floors are thin, the AC/Heat unit (not pictured) is a wall unit (like the old hotels) and can be noisy, and (3) this unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Loved the place! The smell inside complex, and the apartment, was foul when you first walked in. You’d end up getting used to it. Also, wish there would have been a plug to take a bath. Otherwise great!

Our Christmas vacation .

This was absolutely a great time. Place is clean and very neat. Well stocked with anything you need down to the handsoap at ever sink. Just a great place to stay ! We will be back again

Shirt walk to everywhere

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked having a clean kitchen to use, as we cooked every meal before venturing out around town. Walking distance to cool street art, & downtown. Comfy bed.

Great Location

Great walking distance to Broadway street. Very clean and well stocked! Some noise from construction across the street woke us up at 6am and can hear people walking upstairs too. This would not stop me from staying there again!

Great location for walking to Broadway and the surrounding areas.

The unit was really nice. If you are planning to stay a while, bring your own towels, there was only 1 full set of towels but with the washer and dryer we were able to wash every night. We do plan to stay there again, after the construction across the street is finished.

2nd anniversary trip to Nashville

This was a great place to stay and only a couple blocks off of Broadway street! A short walk and we were there for all the fun! Super cute and clean! All the things you would need are provided during your stay so that was very nice! Thanks!!

Had to sleep in my truck

The place was beautiful once we got in. When we got there the door was open so we could get in. When we left to go downtown we got the door to close and lock. Upon returning the code they gave us did not work. I called and called and no one answered and therefore had to sleep in my truck! The next morning someone finally called back and told us how to get in,since all our bags were in there! They said they would reimburse me and I would get a free room anywhere they have condos but I haven’t received that coupon as of yet.

Guest House

Property was nice. Well decorated with modern furnishings. Good water pressure. Well located downtown Nashville. The bed was broken and leaned to one side. This made it uncomfortable to sleep.
