Just what we needed

Great location!

The property was very clean and the location was within a 10 minute walk of pretty much anything you'd want to do. The apple tv was great for relaxing and the kitchen was awesome for breakfast or snacks before heading out.

Located within walking distance to most things. We did not have a car and were able to walk to 90% of the places we went. But…it needs a thorough cleaning and small repairs…such as replacing a shower door! Only has one sliding door which could be helped by even hanging a shower curtain. The throw pillows are very dirty…they do not have removable covers. Lots of dirty corners and smudgy walls. It was fine for what we needed.

Great location!

My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay. Perfect choice for a couple. Parking and check-in was easy. Amenities were perfect. Easy walk to Broadway. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot!

This apartment was perfect for my friend and I while visiting Nashville! It was in walking distance of everything that we wanted to visit, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable also! It was also a huge plus to have an amazing BBQ restaurant right next door! Great stay overall. Would definitely book again if I’m ever back in Nashville!

Updated, top floor apartment close to Broadway bars

Black Swan was the perfect spot for a couple. It has been updated, was quiet and only 3-4 blocks from the Broadway bars. The Country Music Hall of Fame was 1 block away. There was plenty of onsite parking. Check in and check out was super easy. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed reasonably stocked. The building has a key code access and the apartment had a separate code. The area was nice with a terrific BBQ restaurant/bar (Martin's) next door. The walk to the Broadway bars was easy and safe, even after dark. I would stay here again.

Good location to downtown Nashville. It was a great property except for the steps and it could use

Great location but 3 flights of stairs was tough will all of our belongings. Stay on the main floor if you can. A new mattress was needed otherwise the room was equipped with everything we needed

Spring Break Trip

It was clean and the communication was great. We did have an issue with out toilet and flushing, however other than that everything went very smoothly and was the perfect place for our little trip.

Better than a hotel room with convenient parking.

This property was as it showed in the pictures. Everything you need for your stay. Downtown only a few blocks from Country Music Hall of Fame and an easy walk to lots of restaurants. Some street noise. The hallways are a dark green. But the apartments are nice and bright. Would stay again!

Potential but outdated appliances

The decor was new but the appliances were old. The dryer was as loud as a subway and did not dry anything. No response from our host about it. His manager responded in the middle of the night, and we had an early morning flight so it was not helpful. They offered us a free night. Nice of them but not sure I’d do that again. Also the bed was made with two tops sheets... both clean, but annoyed to keep down every time you lifted the sheet you were seeing the mattress. Would not recommend.

Great stay

Short $9 Uber ride to downtown. Very clean. Sam was easy to communicate with if we had any questions. Place was very safe and you have to have a pin code to even get into the building. If you’re staying for a long stay, I’d bring laundry detergent pods because it only comes with 2 towels.

Great for a Girls Trip!!

Great place, super chic- walkable to everywhere, safe neighborhood, secure building. Easy check in and out. Could not recommend enough.
