Music Row

The Music Row neighborhood is lovely, charming, close to everything but less traffic noise and skyscrapers... feels very safe, walking or Uber are great options to get to most attractions like Centennial Park and Broadway St. The building and apartment are clean, we'll designed and an excellent price. We had such a nice visit, we really enjoy Nashville!

Excellent rental in excellent location.

Very nice music-themed rental in a wonderful neighborhood. Quiet and always felt safe. Enjoyed nice walks to nearby restaurants. Perfect rental experience. Highly recommend.

Nashville Rocks

Awesome property, only about a 5 km walk to downtown but lots of great restaurants nearby Owner had all the amenities you needed, coffee pot, dishes, extra pillows etc. Extra little touches like coffee pods, snacks, ice made, shampoo, hand soap, hand lotion that made our trip amazing. Definitely recommend

Perfect spot!

The Vinyl is a perfect place to stay. The property is extremely nice and cornhole/firepits were a nice bonus. Its a quick uber ride to downtown and a short distance to the Gulch. Absolutely loved it here and booked another stay!

Very Nice Quiet Place in the City

This was one of the best places I've stayed in Nashville. The area was close to everything you need. I give this place a 5star. My only concern was the stairwell, it could use routine power washing and the Wi-Fi was weak and unstable. times un

Perfection!

This is the perfect central location for a trip to Nashville. So much within walking distance. We used Lyft for visiting any areas a little further away. We had breakfast every morning at The Well, a fantastic coffee shop less than a block away. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed and was sparkling clean. The three buildings on this property were well-maintained and nice-looking. We felt completely safe walking around the area. Air conditioning and ceiling fans worked quietly and perfectly, and entering the code to unlock and lock the door to the unit was easy. Free parking behind the unit was a bonus, and the large smart TV was awesome. Perfectly decorated unit. Highly recommend!

May long weekend

Location was amazing. Not walkable to Lower Broadway but that’s not our cup of tea anymore. Several places walkable with live music. Kitchen a little dated but we didn’t stay there to make meals. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy and Clean

This property was wonderful. Cozy and clean, super close to everything and just a fun vibe! Loved the noise machine and stocked coffee!! Also appreciated the clean towels; even the make-up towel! I will definitely be staying here again! :-)

Cute and Small, but Sufficient

My partner and I stayed here for about 4 days to celebrate his birthday. The unit is smaller than what I interpreted from the pictures, especially the kitchen, but it was nice and clean. The king-sized bed was soooo comfortable! It sat lower to the floor, but not too low where it would be difficult to get up. The toilet paper roll was half-used when we arrived, and there were no others available, but Christy was very responsive and quick to act when we asked for more. I would say the unit is in a prime location, near Music Row. Down the street is The Well coffehouse, where we grabbed breakfast everyday. Highly recommend! I would stay here again.

The Vinyl is awesome!!!

Very clean and comfortable..pictures are true..close 2.5 miles to Broadway; cheap Uber rates $6-$7…quiet and very comfortable bed and pillows..I highly recommend the stay and would stay again for next Nashville visit..Christy kept in contact the entire time and responded to all questions..awesome host..Thanks again! Have felt very safe at all times during my stay.

Cute Apartment!

The hosts were amazing and responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was a little hard to find, but the additional instructions provided in the email were very helpful ,. We just got turned around a couple of times missing our turn trying to read directions while sitting in between red lights and stop signs. The apartment is very cute, and The bed was very comfortable! Late checkout was an option and that helped a ton being out late the previous night at the concert. I only rated the cleanliness lower because upon checking in the floors didnt appear to be very clean . The bathroom had alot of black hair in the floor upon arrival and my sister and I are both redheads.

Incredible!

We have stayed at VRBO properties many times. Without exception, this unit was the best ever! Every detail for a comfortable stay was thought through & provided for.
