The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable overall. As with many rentals, it does show some wear, and while it appeared clean at first glance, there were a few housekeeping misses — the ceiling fans had significant dust buildup, the dishwasher was not working, and there were some dirty dishes left in the cabinets. Also to add for groups of adults, the fifth bedroom is actually a hall that was converted into a bedroom, so to get to the garage you will have people walking through that space!That said, the beds were excellent and we slept very well. Easy 10 mn uber ride to Broadway. Most importantly, the host was phenomenal — incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially considering we arrived during one of the worst winter storms Tennessee has experienced. Her communication and effort truly stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. Overall, a lovely space with a few maintenance and cleaning details that could use attention.
