Host was very welcoming and the apt was cute and well-equipped . The heat was our only problem. It didn't work adequately for the very cold weather. However, when we found the space heater in the closet, it gradually warmed up!

Great location!

We booked a trip for a long weekend and brought along two large dogs with us. The location is great when traveling with pets, lots of neighborhoods to walk in! Also walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and a short/cheap uber/lyft ride to downtown! The check in process was easy! We experienced inclement weather during our visit and Alece was quick to tell us the protocol if there was danger in the area! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, convenient oasis

I used this property as a home base while visiting family in the vicinity. It was everything I could have asked for -- clean, quiet, well appointed, and walkable to Kroger's, Vanderbilt's campus, several parks, and a bus to downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area!

The property was clean, conveniently located to person we were visited, and mostly comfortable. Only 2 comments: 1) The air conditioner/heater fan is very loud and can't be turned down unless temperature is lowered. 2) The bedside lamps have a solid cover, which prevents enough light for reading in bed.

We were in Nashville to drop our son to college for his freshman year. It was a perfect place to stay and had everything we could possible need. Very clean and will for sure stay again on other visits!

Perfect for solo traveler

I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!

Getaway in Nashville

We had a great time staying in this cute studio. It was close to all the venues. We scootered or Uber everywhere. It was clean, quiet and comfortable and we would definitely stay her again. We opted to stay a little further from downtown because we wanted a quiet neighborhood.

Carriage house is beautiful! It had everything my husband and I needed. Perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the metal bed squeaking every time we moved on it waking us up lol. We will definitely come back.

Awesome Carriage House in Nashville!!

Stayed here with my husband for my daughters graduation from Vanderbilt! Accommodations were excellent and it was a great location!! Apartment had everything we needed! Will definitely stay here again! Alece was wonderful getting back to us with any questions or concerns that we had.!! 5 stars for sure!!

Cute carriage house with convenient location

Loved staying at this unique carriage house during our recent trip to Nashville. With restaurants and a grocery store nearby this was a perfect location for us. Will definitely stay here again!

'Suburban' Nashville

From the personalized welcome postcard to the after rental message, this host was all around great! This rental was perfect for my husband, our 1.5-year-old puppy & myself for a short weekend getaway. The neighborhood is great to walk around (reminded me more of the suburbs than the city) and it's within walking distance of cute shops & restaurants (We LOVED Double Dogs Restaurant for a night off Broadway & we could bring our pup!) Broadway is still a good 2 miles away; best to use a ride share (or scooters). Make sure to check-out their guest book at the beginning of your trip - previous guests give great tips & favorite places to visit!

Mom/ daughter get away

This was the perfect location to meet my daughter. The neighborhood was great to step out the door and go for walks. We walked into town and shopped at the little boutiques, enjoyed some ice cream and a cookie from Cookie Crumbl. A 10 min drive to downtown Nashville, we found the space and location to be just right. The space was very clean and cozy, it was the perfect arrangement for the two of us.
