It was a great location. It has everything you need. The unit was missing an iron and Eric door dashed one immediately. I do think it might be helpful to put a sign on gate to close quietly. It can be rather bothersome throughout the night if people are coming and going late in the evening.

Great location and space

We chose this place because of its location near family, but it turned out to be so much cuter than pictured. It was decorated for Christmas with the pink color palette, which made for a really sweet touch. This place would be terrific for family visiting a student at Belmont or a girls’ weekend.

Loved the location right by Belmont University. Wonderful neighborhood to walk. Easy access to unit. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Comfortable sleep.

This was our second stay at the Stylish Charmer and we loved it again. The unit is spacious, clean, bright, well appointed and in a great location, walkable to several restaurants and shops.

Stylish condo close super close to Belmont

Beautiful place, love the shabby chic boho decor, super close to Belmont, great amenities! There is even a beautiful wall mural on the fence out back, which provided great photo ops! The host was very attentive with excellent communication throughout our stay! The only thing I will say however, the master bedroom can potentially be loud depending on the renters above you. Ours were very loud, unfortunately there are wood floors above us and guests above wore heels and were loud talkers and early risers. However, we did tell the Host and they did attempt to rectify the situation, very apologetic. Also each bedroom has noise machines. Our 15 year slept in the bedroom off the living room didn’t hear anything, but we needed the bathroom fan on and the noise machine to drown out the noise. Otherwise this would have been a 100% perfect stay, but I still would rate it a 95%. I would stay again, but would request the upper unit.

Perfect for a Girls Weekend

My sister, niece and I stayed for several days and really appreciated the ultra-clean unit, very roomy spaces, updated decor, and safe feeling. We loved the extras, like kitchen basics, salt & pepper, K cups, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. So many rental places go cheap on this - but this place did it right, and made it feel like a luxury stay. The only issue was parking. Only 1 space for the unit, and the other cars had to park on the street. It worked out fine and we didn't have any issues with the cars on the street. The property manager was responsive to issues. Overall we would stay again and recommend. Also important to know that the second bedroom has one bed and a single size futon as the other bed, which worked okay for us.

Great house and great location!

We have nothing negative to say about our stay - the unit within the house came as advertised and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We stayed during the week and found the house to be very quiet. However, the weekend guests arriving on Friday did liven up the house! Al in all, great accommodations for our stay in Nashville. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Awesome apartment! Perfect location!

I’ve been to Nashville many times and I have stayed everywhere and this place was fantastic! Great location- close to 12 South, Belmont, The Gulch and about 8 minutes drive time to Broadway. Property is adorable and well appointed. Plenty of room for four guests. Everything was clean, very nice and Eric and his team are amazing with communication and help should you need anything. I had a small request and he had it taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

College Move in

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with the family

We loved everything about this spot! The location was convenient to many things we wanted to do, and we could walk to coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The house was exactly as advertised, and we would send any friends there!
