Wonderful stay at the condo. Janine was very helpful and made our stay very stress free. Bed was very comfortable, and it was fun sitting and watching the barges going up and down the river as we had our morning coffee. Parking was easy - nice to be under covered parking as it rained a good bit while we were in Nashville. Easy to get to everywhere we were going - close to everything downtown. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The rental couldn't have been better. In town to experience Nashville for the first time, we were able to park and walk to Broadway, Germantown and many other Downtown attractions. The Condo was clean and had helpful operational notes and locational suggestions throughout. Didn't have enough time to test out the pool, but as we were leaving, we checked it out and it looked nice. Would recommend these accommodations to any couple or small group.

The owner provided us with an excellent experience. Check-in was easy. We arrived to a very clean condo stocked with coffee and cold beverages. Very comfortable mattress (the most important thing for me!). The kitchen contained all the glassware, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils for cooking. We could easily walk to Germantown and downtown, but preferred taking a ride share on the way home. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great location, great host, very clean, and lots of amenities provided in the unit. Laundry is in a separate building. Workout room (managed by building) is in need of an update. Signs posted that this should occur soon. Convenient covered parking! Highly recommend booking this unit.

Janine was an amazing host! There was a slight hiccup getting into the unit because the code wouldn’t work. She responded back immediately and called to help solve the problem. She was super helpful with recommendations around town. The location of the condo was amazing. Walking distance to both Germantown and Broadway/Downtown.

Super cute and well stocked!

We had such a great experience here. The host has labeled pretty much everything in the unit and has made it so simple to access everything. The distance from downtown is perfect and super quiet. I think we only heard the train one time and when we were there and it was in the morning. It seriously had everything we needed! Would definitely rebook if we were in Nashville again!

Well put together property. Has all of the essentials to start out a trip. Plenty of coffee and things to drink from the start. Great bedding and bed. Property owner very accessible and ready to give lots of tips.

Great place!

It was great. It was a short taxi ride down to Broadway. We weren’t interested in walking there. We took advantage of the pool and watching ships/barges going up and down the river was fun to watch. Would stay there again.

20 mins walk to downtown and to supermarket but we loved the location by the river. Saw muskrats (we think) just under our balcony and liads of birds too. Pool a bit of a trek and initially i couldn't find it. It is behind the next block

Safe location, Quiet neighborhood, Excellent communication!!

I have stayed at many short term rental properties, and I have never stayed at one that was extremely prepared for rental use. They had notes on proximity to attractions, where every supply is located and how to use the items, WiFi passwords hung throughout, directions to get to germantown or downtown with arrows, extra supplies like a cooler, foldable table, pool towels, robes hung, several supply toiletry items and snacks, they tell u if you are going to use a food devileey what stores are around and recommendations of ones to use and tells u where to tell the devileey driver to drop off. Lots of board games, books about Nashville, very clean, and appreciated the covered parking. In walking distance you can find some restaurants that are sit down and casual dining. We Ubered to downtown and we paid between 9-25 depending on the size vehicle needed. We took an electric bike carriage ride back that was extremely pleasant. Wonder stay!! Highly recommend
