Great location! Roof top was great other than the floor by the grill. It is sinking and was not very safe. Also, grill probably needs to be replaced. Igniter doesn’t work properly. Other than those small things, the property was lovely!

Communication was awful! I emailed/messaged a question on Monday, got an answer on Thursday evening of that week, the day before we left!! Then I sent them another one after I received a response finally and they responded to that one on our last day there!!! The garage code did not work, and then finally was told 2 other codes that it might be, BUT neither worked! Had 4 bathrooms, but out of body wash throughout the house, enough for about one wash for one person from out entire party and was told, "I apologize, but there is no additional body soap to be provided." Like, you can't hit a store and bring us some? We had to to buy! Asked for an early check in, and was told no because they were cleaning the house. So then I asked, can we just park our car in the garage early so we could Uber downtown, and again was told no! We were at the house a couple times, and there was no one there cleaning at all that afternoon!! I LOVE VRBO, but will NEVER use a corporate or company owner like Vacasa again!! Worst experience ever with a VRBO!! I will use individual owners only from here on out! Also, the floor boards on the roof patio have many unsafe sections and boards that make you feel like you could fall through when they sink as you walk on them!!!

Great location, we were less than 10 mins away from everything we planned. Space is awesome; it was a group of 4 and we had everything we needed.If driving, finding the back of house/garage is tricky but once you figure it out, it becomes second nature.

Good Location

I'll start with the good - this house is in a great location. It was only about a mile from Broadway. We hosted a small Friendsgiving and it had all of the serving utensils we needed. The speakers throughout the house were a nice tough. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were nice. We rented this location because of the rooftop, but unfortunately it was a bit too chilly to spend any time up there. Space heaters would have been ideal with detailed instructions on how to turn on & off. The first night of our stay, we realized that two beds did not have comforters, just sheets. We had looked everywhere for additional comforters. On the last day, one of the members had looked under the bed because we thought "the comforter has to be somewhere." The comforters were under the bed with a few additional pillows? The blankets were not folded, but just shoved under the bed with pillows. We did not feel comfortable using because we were unsure if they had been washed. It was odd. So two of the 4 members slept without comforters for 3 nights and that was unfortunate. I tried to message the host and received a canned email that was not helpful. They suggested looking in the drawers and closets and were not quick to respond. It was likely a miscommunication between the cleaners and host, but it was not pleasant.

A must booking

I was in charge of booking our accommodations for eight of us. I received high praise for my choice. Our accommodations suited us extremely well. The garage was large enough to accommodate the Ford Expedition, we rented. The VRBO was within walking distance to Broadway, I believe a little over a mile. We spent a couple of evenings relaxing on the roof deck, as well as enjoyed a couple of breakfasts cooked in their beautiful kitchen. I would definitely book another stay there
