The house itself is great. Neighborhood was a little loud with sirens and traffic. Would recommend providing coffee, and an easier door entry code- 10 digits was a little difficult to navigate. Overall- great place to stay with easy access.

Fun time in Nashville

The house was very nice. We had a couple of issues with the door lock. The sofa beds were not very comfortable but everything else was great. I’d suggest only booking for enough people for the bedrooms. But the house was very nice and comfortable for a group of six of us for everything but sleeping. Absolutely perfect for a group of 4!!

Great place and location

Location was perfect! 1 mile from midtown and 6 min drive to lower broadway. The house was clean and perfect for a weekend visit. Walls are paper thin, and street traffic was a little loud. Brought ear plugs, and worked out great! Both bedrooms have a full bath, so great place to travel with friends. Management was super responsive, and on top of returning questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this place.

It worked for our purpose

This property is located about a 34 minute walk from Broadway near a local hospital and train. Parking is limited and can be challenging if you have anything over the size of a compact car. As described and noted in other reviews- the nights are loud with consistent emergency vehicles passing by and train horns. We knew this going in, but it was much more prevalent than expected. The outside property was overgrown with grass and weeds. The interior, upon initial arrival was not clean. However after 15 minutes with the property manager, we had someone out cleaning the place- they did an excellent job at that point. The kitchen is lacking cookware and utensils- so if you plan to cook be prepared to bring cooking sheets for the oven and even forks/spoons/knives as these are limited. The property has a very large kitchen table for gathering, two love seats for relaxing or watching TV, no outdoor furniture. The AC works great! Bedrooms both have their own full bath and beds are comfy.

We loved this place

It was clean, super easy check in/check out. Great location, good neighborhood. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Super convenient for two couples. The ONLY thing I would say is one of the upstairs toilets clogged every single time someone flushed. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Gave us wrong address. Customer service of Vasca was no help. We guessed and when the code worked we figured this must be it. Could have been dusted better and cleaned under beds better. Overall nice place and good location.

Stay was good The things that should be in the house is a toaster for breakfast toast and hot pads for getting pan out of the oven Otherwise everything was great I would come back and rent again and would recommend for everyone to check it out very reasonable and good location for downtown Nashville

Property was great. Clean, roomy, great location. The booking company is trash. NO one knew what they were doing, had me call theblocal manager to try and figured stuff out. Then we got locked out luckily I still had his number. I felt bad calling him at 3am but he was great. Got us into the home and earlier in the day got things figured out. His name was Matt i believe.

Nashville House

We arrived late Thursday, November 2, to a very very clean home!!!!!❤️ Very small, but cozy. ❤️❤️ Decorated very nicely! Great appliances. The check in is NOT easy. The building was hard to figure out which place was ours. Bad things with the stay were: they left out only 2 Keurig pods.(We had 4 people in our party). Only left 2 dishwasher tablets, so we had to wash our dishes by hand. Only left 2 laundry detergent pods, and 1 was cut and leaking out, so really only one laundry pod. Couldn’t really do laundry on departure date. Kitchen dishes were very minimum. Bathroom fan upstairs first bedroom, did not work. No hangers in 2nd bedroom (we did purchase some) No toaster. Very close to a fire station, so yes, very noisy at night. Lots of street traffic up and down Dr. JB Todd Jr. Blvd. Lastly, not enough blankets on the bed. No extra blankets seen anywhere. Did check the upstairs closet and found more bedding, but they were all zipped up and ready for the next renters stay, didn’t dare mess up the storage bags. Only 1 towel for each guest… our stay was 5 days, four nights. One (tiny) shampoo, one (tiny) conditioner. One tiny bar soap (For each bathroom, so 2 of us shared each tiny product). Music, radio options maybe???? Since it is Nashville. 🎶🎼 We would stay here again, without a doubt, if they proper basic supplies had a few more supplies for our stay.

Great townhome for two couples

We loved the layout of the home, two bedrooms and bathrooms on upper level and good kitchen and common area. Good location to get to all Nashville sites. Just disappointed that there's not a little more furniture in each bedroom (shelf, rack, hooks, chair, etc.) for clothes and suitcases. A few hangers in the closet would also help. Unfortunately, floors had not been cleaned very well prior to our stay. But still really did like the townhome!

Great Place

This 2 bedroom 2 bath is perfect for couples travelling together! The living/kitchen area were also great. Loved that there was parking. Great location, close to downtown, but without the noise and congestion of downtown.
