I have never given such a sad review, but I must. I had one reservation for TWO condos. Cozy Suites only had one of the condos reserved for me and I spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO who helped me straighten things out with them. Upon arrival one condo had the smoke detector low battery beeping and with 10 ft ceilings and no way to reach them. We were told that no one could come that night, it would be the next morning before they could come. So it's just going to beep all night? Then the other condo smelled like marijuana so badly that we had to open all of the windows and had a slight headache. Finally, this is a multiple story building with outside entrances that are pitch dark at night. We had to use our phone light to enter the code to the condo's because you literally couldn't see anything. The customer service wasn't what I have experienced when booking with VRBO, and I will never NEVER again book with Cozy Suites. Be warned.
