The location was kind of odd since it's not in a neighborhood, but it had plenty of parking spots and close to most things around town. There were lots of beds for 10 of us. Keep in mind, you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the master sweet upstairs. Not an issue since were were family, but should be noted. We loved the game room and spent quite a bit of time in there. The couch in there needs replaced badly. It was the only space that we all could hangout and it was very uncomfortable and broken. All in all, it was a fun house with a great hangout area outside that has a small pool/hot tub and fire pit. The inside of the house has fun art and murals all over.

Close to Broadway and Titan's stadium. Game room was awesome!!! Spent most of our time in there. Outdoor area is nice. We did not use the pool/spa, but looked nice as well. It was clean and owner was responsive to all of our questions. Very easy check-in. Will definitely stay again if in that area.

Great celebration house with plenty of space and an awesome game room.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Really nice bathrooms. Large game/rec room for everyone to be together but not cramped. Easy $10-$15 Uber XL rides to downtown. Would stay again!

Oasis in Nashville

Group of 8 family members 18+ recently stayed here for five days while touring Nashville for the first time. The place was easy to get to right off the hwy. The house was located in a fairly industrial area but that is what we expected. The location was very walkable to the foot bridge leading to Broadway area. The set up of the house was excellent. We spent a lot of time in and enjoyed the games room. Kitchen had everything you could have wanted and the laundry facilities worked out great for us. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area too. Really could not have had a better place to stay!

Great house

Excellent house, we were 8 adults and there was lots of room in the house for us. House was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Location is close to downtown which allows for a 25min walk in the day but I would recommend using an Uber in the evenings due to the location. Ubers cost $6-$12 depending on time of day and were easy to use.

great place - super location

Really nice clean house with great beds and games. Bathrooms were awesome! Had everything we needed. Location was great, just a few minutes from Broadway- $10 Uber rides located in a neat area that is booming with growth

Great Place, Great Time!

We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. We spent three days/nights there and enjoyed each and every one. Location was good to get everywhere quickly via uber and could walk if wanted for close attractions. Comfortably slept our group and is very spacious/functional property. The host communicated well and was available if needed.

The murals on the walls were even more beautiful in person. Game room was a hit with my family. Very close to all the nightlife. My only negative part of our trip was the construction on the road next to the rental and the semi's. But overall a very nice place to stay.

Nashville Birthday Celebration

Overall our stay was good for our group and occasion. The game room was a big hit and is where we hung out most of the time. The rooms were all nice, but for how many people the house is able to sleep, 2 bathrooms was a little tight, but we made it work. The kitchen was very small and not very convenient to cook in, but for most that may not be an issue. Julian, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of and brought us the things we needed in a timely manner. The house is not located in a great area and was not quite walking distance to Broadway as we had hoped due to the sketchy area, but we didn't have any issues getting an uber or lyft and the rides were fairly cheap since it was a close drive. Overall we had a great time and the house worked great for what we needed.

Great location, good size home

For starters, this rental is located right in an industrial area. If you want to venture to the downtown area often, this would be an ideal rental. We felt perfectly safe and actually like how private it felt. We walked to Nissan Stadium (10 minute walk) for the CMAFest concerts and either walked back or took a very short Uber ride to the house. The inside is very nice! It worked well for the 2 families we had in our group. Adults in the individual rooms, and kids in the bunk rooms. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and each room had a television. Bathrooms were great also. Kitchen had almost anything you could need. The rec room was a nice hang out area for everyone and had a lot of choices for things to do from the large tv, dart board, Shuffle Board (I think that’s what it’s called?), a pool table, and some games which we enjoyed! I appreciated that there was already toilet paper (with extra rolls) in each bathroom along with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Most rentals don’t necessarily provide you with that. The towels were really nice and plush! We had plenty of them too. The last thing I would like to add is how responsive the owner is! He was always reachable with any questions and also checked in to see how everything was and if we needed anything.

Book this one FAST!

If you are searching for a fun place to stay in Nashville that is also centrally located then stop your search here!!! We took a girls trips to Nashville for a Concert and wanted something that was close to the strip but not "on" the strip (Uber from the property was definitely affordable). We had a group of 8, the rooms were very clean and spacious for those who shared a room, none of us felt overcrowded at all. The artwork throughout the home, matched with the lighting, makes for some amazing photos to capture your memories. We loved several things about the property, its exactly as pictured! The outdoor space seemed to be where we gravitated but we also enjoyed the game room and learning the fun game of shuffleboard- look up the game rules and just play... you'll thank me later. We absolutely LOVED the sound system theoughput the home too, download the app and BOOM, playing music in all the open spaces... even outside! The host of the property was so easy to work with from day 1 and communication was more than expected. You can tell they really care about their renters and want you to enjoy your time there. 5-stars all the way!!!

Perfect place to stay for a trip to Nashville

The host is very accommodating and responsive which makes you feel very comfortable during your trip. This was a very cool place to stay and the outdoor patio was a blast to play games and hang out with friends. Close to downtown as well which was an extra plus!
