I'll get that negative out of the way first, because it's short. We were there to get the Nashville experience on Broadway. That was about a 25 to 30 minute walk from the condo. The location of the condo is in a place that I would not walk after dark, particularly after some drinks. There's construction in the area with no street lights for a lot of the way. This just meant we had to Uber for pretty much anytime we left the building. There are also train tracks right next to the building, which you can hear pretty much around the clock. Didn't bother us much but be aware. Also, it's super bright. The sun comes through the floor to ceiling windows first thing in the morning. We were all wearing our sunglasses in that condo whenever we were having our morning coffee.
And the good! The condo is very impressive the second who walk in the door. It looks and feels like it's been recently renovated. Clean walls, clean paint. Furnishings were all pretty good. Has an awesome balcony right over the river, we spent quite a bit of time out there when we were at the condo. It had the essentials for dishes, but I wouldn't want to try to cook too much there. However the essentials were plentiful. Trash bags, toilet paper, coffee for the coffee maker, towels. I loved that we didn't have to worry about running out of any of that stuff. I know I mentioned the brightness above, but the gigantic windows are really awesome once the sun is not beaming in them.
