    Esta es una espaciosa unidad de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños que se extiende por todo el piso con vista a 2nd Ave con una hermosa vista del estadio The Titans y el río Cumberland.

Sisters get away

This was one of the cleanest place’s I’ve stayed. Great location, just a couple blocks to Broadway and all the fun things Nashville offers. Bill and Michael were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. Mike made special arrangements for our group to check-in, due to different arrival times. We had 12 people and never felt we didn't have enough room. The fans were a must because the rooms would get humid. Mike even made sure we had blow dryers. The location was definitely 5 stars. We were able to walk to Broadway, a liquor store below us and a convenience center a block away. Thank you for a memorable trip.

Best place to stay in Nashville!

We were looking for a place to stay with 8 adults. This apartment was everything we could have hoped for. A fun living area with a Foos Ball game, spotless kitchen and comfy couches. The bathrooms and all of the apartment were spotless. Michael was great at check in. I needed to use a bathroom but we weren’t supposed to check in for another hour. We called him and he let us in and also held our luggage until we needed to go to the airport. Very accommodating and very friendly. We’ll be looking here again when we come back. Thanks Michael! Everyone loved your place!

Great location

We went to Nashville for our son’s 21st and this location was perfect. Close to everything, Michael was wonderful, very accommodating.

Great Location 2nd Ave North!

There were beds for our whole group to sleep and 3 bathrooms perfect for large group of ladies. Walking distance to downtown Broadway and very safe.

Excellent location!

Being able to walk to everything was a huge plus! Unit was a bit older BUT it didn’t bother us a bit! Michael was excellent with communication and accommodating our needs with arrival/departure arrangement times! It was a excellent space for our large group of 11 and we will absolutely consider it for our next trip!

Perfect downtown location!

We had 6 couples stay here for the CMA fest and it was an excellent location! Walking distance to everything. Property manager was very quick and responsive to questions and a few minor problems we had. I would definitely recommend staying here as we will likely book this place again!

Great location, but poor amenities in the home.

If you're looking for a wonderful location that is walking distance from great bars and restaurants, then this is your spot. However, this loft lacks basic amenities such as closets in bedrooms, shampoo, soap, iron, duvet covers, quality towels, toilet paper holders, and hot water in the master bath. The owner was nice & responsive in trying to fix things, but unfortunately the hot water was never fixed in the master shower, and it was evident a professional cleaning service is NOT used. There was construction going on downstairs/loud drilling that was a nuisance during the stay. This place is OK for throwing a bachelor/bachelorette party, but look somewhere else if you're a working professional expecting different standards.

Great rental!

Our location was perfect. Having enough baths and bedrooms is key. We had an easy time getting checked in and out. Definitely consider this place.

The loft was a perfect place to stay for our group of 13 women! It was incredibly close to Broadway and convenient. Bill was extremely accommodating and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
