The property is in a great location as only minutes to downtown. The multi floor home is good cause the bedrooms are on different floors. It worked out well as the home was clean and the host was attentive to any needs. Will be using this property again sometime in the near future.

We visit Nashville once a month and usually stay at the same place, but this time our group was larger and needed more room. That’s when we stumbled across this little slice of Southern hospitality—and bless OUR hearts, we are sure glad we did!Not only did this place have more room than we knew what to do with (seriously, we could’ve started our own line dancing class), but the location was perfect. Close to everything we love, but tucked away enough that we didn’t wake up to bachelorette party woo-girls (Bless THEIR hearts) echoing through the streets. Our host was incredible. They even reached out to let us know the home was cleaned and ready well before our 4 PM arrival time. If you visit Nashville often, you know what a miracle early check-in is. It basically never happens—so this felt like VIP treatment!Our host was also a top-notch communicator and left us a list of great food and entertainment spots (beyond Broadway). We thought we knew Nashville pretty well, but thanks to their recommendations, we discovered new favorites we’ll be bragging about for a while.We visit Nashville a few times a year with this group, and we fully plan to book this exact VRBO for those future trips. Highly recommend!

The home was exactly as my group expected! Clean, bright, good location and Jen was an amazing host. I would highly recommend this house for your next visit to Nashville.

Great Spot Close to Everything

The property was awesome! Everything was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The communication with the property manager was fabulous, she was quick to respond and very helpful. There are several flights of stairs, so just keep that in mind, but it gave tons of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. I would definitely recommend and will book again when back in Nashville!

We were in town for a concert at Bridgestone arena and the house and location were great. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. We would stay again if coming back to Nashville.

Wedding Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip to Nashville and truly enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 2 children. We spent a lot of time in the common area and there was plenty of seating, but also plenty of room in the home for privacy. The rooms on different floors were also great for accommodating those who had difficulty walking upstairs (there is a room on the ground level). The AC is the home worked very well, which was needed given the warm weather during our trip! The home was clean with a sleek and fun ambiance. The location of the property was perfect. We felt safe and had room for our rental vehicles. It was a perfect location near the beautiful Belmont University, and we were close to all of the Nashville attractions. Jen was also an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I 100% recommend this listing for large groups and would personally stay here again!

Awesome place

This place worked out great. Close enough to Music Row for the young adults could check out the night life and far enough so the older adults had peace and quiet at night. Plenty of room and very clean. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

Great Experience!

We had a group of 6 that came into town for a hair conference. We enjoyed having this space and our own comfy beds. The neighborhood seemed nice and it was a short drive to wherever we needed to go. Everything was clean and updated. Communication with the host was straightforward and easy to understand. The gate to the front doors locks at a certain time at night, so be aware and carry the key with you instead of planning to just use the door code. Also, you can only access the garage from the inside. Overall great experience!

Great condo!

We had a group of 7 and the house condo was perfect! Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great for our large group! Condo was clean and pretty close to everywhere we needed to go.
