I really wanted to like this space but unfortunately it didn’t work out for us. I booked this unit indicating that we had 6 people staying and on the first night, we were missing all bedding for the third bed and were only provided with 4 bath towels. I notified Goodnight Stay around 8:30pm that we were missing it and they said due to the late hour they couldn’t do anything. My two 6 foot sons shared the bare mattress with a small sofa throw for the night. When I reached out to Goodnight Stay the next day to let them know that it was unacceptable to not have a proper bed for the night and ask how they would rectify it, they just said sorry. It felt like they really didn’t care at all. A lady did show up with extra towels and sheets for sofa bed but again no comforter/blanket. I just went out and bought my own. There was also a sewer smell in the master bathroom that was pretty strong and unpleasant. We covered the drain with a damp washcloth for the duration of our stay and that seemed to help. From the pictures you can see that the unit wasn’t very clean. Main counters and toilets were clean, but they obviously don’t dust or clean floors well. I own a cleaning business so I try not to be too picky because I know how annoying it is when people are overly picky, but this was kind of gross. Check in & check out were very easy. Wifi was spotty the first night but then was good. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Overall though, I felt disappointed & like the owner didn’t care
