I will start with the positives. The host was very responsive, the decor was very trendy and fun, and the area felt safe especially with garage parking. However, I chose this property over numerous others for the rooftop deck. This space was far from what was advertised. No couches, no TV (indicated due to a storm a month prior), no propane to use the firepit, only 2 bulbs on the string lights worked with no additional working lights, it was filthy with lots of wasps. I planned to utilize this space often and essentially did not use it at all. When I contacted the owner a 2nd time with concerns about the space, he informed me that we could leave! The AC unit on the roof was extremely loud, waking me often. When in use the washer was also super loud. The master bath shower has a normal window curtain (1), spanning about half of the shower. Worse was the fact that the window, which was about 10 yards from another rental's window, had a sheer curtain. At night you could see directly in, space to space. Absolutely a privacy issue. The showerheads have 8 holes total - trying to rinse conditioner from long hair was quite the task. The shower curtain liner in the downstairs bedroom was ripped off across the bottom, making it not reach the tub, causing a water mess. This appeared to be done to remove a dirty bottom rather than replace the 10 item. It was 86 degrees when we arrived in TN and the heat was on in the unit. I would not agree that this rental is "walkable" to much.
