Excellent location and we have used this unit in the past. One issue we did have was on one of the shower curtains there was some dried vomit. Pretty obvious as to what it was, too. Just wanted to mention this. The person who noticed took pics so he would have a timestamp on it. We wanted to ensure we were not charged.

Great place! 7 of us went to celebrate my 50th birthday. The place was clean, spacious and it was great having three bedrooms with their own bathroom plus one in the kitchen area. We walked to Broadway and back everyday because it is close by but the hill gets a little tiring after climbing stairs all day in the bars on Broadway. :-) That could have just been us being lazy after a long day. If you don't want to walk, its a short Uber ride.No problems with checking in, they replied with any questions right away. Linens were provided along with papertowels, dish soap, etc. Would definitely stay again if I get back to Nashville!!

Great place to stay for a weekend with friends! Clean, love the decor, not too far from Broadway, coffee shop and some restaurants nearby and close to The Listening Room. It was a fabulous stay!

Beautiful place! Very stylish with tons of welcoming touches and amenities. The beds were super comfortable and it was so nice that each bedroom had its own full bath. We never touched our car after arriving; it’s a quick walk to Broadway’s honky tonk fun, the Ryman, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. We had an awesome stay here and would DEFINITELY rent again!
Acme Feed and Seed right on the River had great food!

The place was big enough for all of us. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of beds. The place is about a 13 minute walk to Broadway. There are coffee shops and restaurants right next to the place.

Great place!

I traveled with a group of 6 girls celebrating my 50th birthday. This place was perfect! There were lots of sleeping options for our group and everyone was comfortable. We loved the decor as well. Our only complaint is that the 2 bedrooms upstairs were super hot. Downstairs rooms stayed very cool. The a/c just didn’t cool the 2 rooms on the top floor. Overall great stay!

The owner did a fabulous job with this property…So so nice!! We walked everywhere… from Broadway to the Gulch… Everything we needed to do was within walking distance.The owner was so good about staying in contact with me with all my questions I had before our stay… when we come back to Nashville, we will definitely look to stay at this property again!

Wonderful beautiful stay a stone's throw from downtown Nashville

Came here for my family's (wife, in-laws, and two kids, 79 years old) first visit to Nashville in mid-April. Amazed at how close it was to some of the touristy spots we hit up: Johnny Cash museum, Country Music Hall of Fame, Honky Tonk Highway, Pedestrian Bridge. We're a big walking family so being able to go into downtown Nashville was a huge plus. We were also round the corner from The Listening Room which was a must-hit-spot for me as a songwriter and musician.The property was clutch - included parking spot and the style and comfort of the house was awesome. The kids loved the pool table, the bunk beds, the big comfy couches. The adults loved the comfy beds, the AC, the coffee, the beatiful care and attention to the house. What a gorgeous place to live for a couple days. We were always happy to come "home" at night. Communication with owner was speedy, clear, and easy as pie. Oftentimes Jonny would reply back well before I thought would be quick. Bravo! Thanks so much for making this a place to stay.

Great for groups!!

The property was gorgeous with lots of space and great Nashville theme decor. So much room for our group of 6. About a 10 to 12 minute walk to broadway and is situated in a nice quiet area so location is perfect!! The only time we had to Uber or taxi was to the Grand Ole Opry and airport. Everything was super clean and well maintained! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

Amazing place for a big group

The property was immaculate upon arrival, decorated to perfection, and had absolutely anything you would ever need. The host responded quickly and efficiently and was a pleasure to work with when I had a lot of different questions. Beds were comfy and the space was perfect for our group size. I would definitely stay there again!

Weekend getaway

Very clean and great location. Walked down to broadway but rain and the uphill walk back up at 1 am drove us to an uber. Less than 20 for 5 of us. Well worth it. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely try to rebook when we return.
