Perfect place to stay when we came to Nashville with friends. Great location. Very safe. The Publix grocery store is just down the alley way. Short Uber ride to Broadway. The townhouse was really nice. We would definitely stay again.

Truly the best VRBO that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Just as described and what you see in the pictures. I wish we had time to use the pool table and foosball table but there was just so much to do. When we did stay at the property it had all the items we needed to cook two dinner meals. It was in a great location for everything: Broadway, Meritage Plantation, Airport and shopping.

Great Hang Out Spot

This is the perfect house for a group of friends to spend time together. The foosball and pool tables were great additions. The house was clean, well cared for, and had a great location. We were able to walk to dinner, coffee, and a comedy show. Would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful from location to access to listing. I would highly recommend to anyone interested. I would definitely stay there againThe only complaint and it is a minor one would be no access to the unit from where you could park. I had to walk around to the front instead of going in through the garage door

Great house, awesome neighborhood. We felt very safe. The games were so fun for us and our kids. We wished there were all the little toiletries in all the bathrooms. There were also some handyman issues, but overall a great place to stay!

New Nashville Favorite

Our team routinely travels to Nashville for work, and we always prefer to stay together in VRBOs rather than hotels. This setup was perfect - we all had private bathrooms, there was great space for meetings, but also we could all spread out.It was a little difficult to find - I didn't realize how far it was back from the road. However, once we were in - we were wowed! It has a great kitchen with everything we could need, very comfortable spaces, and lots of room. We hope to continue booking this townhouse on future trips!

Excellent Experience

This Nashville home is beautiful, spacious and we loved the decor. This is a prime location with easy access to I-65, grocery store and restaurants. My family enjoyed our stay very much snd hope to return.

Perfect place

We loved our Nashville stay at AvantStay. The location was perfect to downtown and everywhere we needed to be. We loved eating at Hattie B’s and the Elephant Thai place. They are walking distance to the property. The property management was so accommodating. The place was perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the foosball and pool tables.

The property was well presented, equipped and in a nice suburb of Nashville. Downtown and Broadway ten mins in a car and about a $12 Uber. Would stay here again when in the area.

Amazing huge townhouse fully stocked with lots of room to hang around with your group. Every bedroom having its own full bathroom is amazing! Easy location to get an Uber & all are less than 20 minutes drive away. Easy entry & exit from the host.

Weekend with grandkids.

The house was very nice. First complaint, it was 3 story-not 2. Mobility issues was a problem. No kleenex in the bathrooms. Have 3 bedrooms with on suites was amazing.
