- This is one of 4 townhomes in the heart of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood; Nashville's hottest new area, bustling with bars, restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops! This 1 BD/2BA townhome includes 3 FLOORS of living space. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, KING SIZE BED, washer/dryer, & PRIVATE 3RD FLOOR BALCONY with outdoor furniture! **PARKING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. We have 3 options for parking. We have a parking pad located off the back alley for 2 cars(we have 4 units in this building, so we can’t guarantee availability), we have free street parking in front of our building on the street when available, and there is a paid lot next door. The townhome is walkable to all of WeHo and only 8 MINS DRIVE TO BROADWAY! Perfect for couples!
1st floor: Living room with sofa, kitchen, dining
2nd floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom
3rd floor: Lounge with sectional sofa, full bathroom, balcony access. We have a queen size air mattress as well.

Girls trip
We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and quiet. Neal was always quick with responses. Quick drive to Broadway/Downtown area, too long of a walk.

Nice property!
Property was great, easy uber into downtown. Only negative was all the construction in the area. Will be a great neighborhood in a few years.

Nashville stay
After a 9 hour drive, this townhome was amazing! Neal, the owner, was very responsive and accommodated a change to our itinerary quickly. As for the physical space: the rooftop balcony provided a relaxing urban view, the bed was extremely comfortable and all the amenities were so convenient for our needs! We will be back!

Excellent location
This unit was surprisingly lot larger than described. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Walking distance to many restaurants and venues. We weren't there to go into the city however it is a short ride and easy to get to. Owner was very responsive. Check in was super easy even when we came in very late at night.

Amazing Property
Everything we needed was in this rental. We were close enough to drive to Brodway but I suggest taking the $6.00 uber ride instead. There is construction behind the property and it made it a bit difficult to park when there are other renters in the building. We will rent this again in the future.

Great First Visit To Nashville
3 friends celebrating 60th birthdays with a bucket list to visit Nashville. We had a blast and the location of this townhouse allowed us to explore lots of areas nearby.
Definitely a nice house with comfy spaces for our downtime. Neal was very accommodating and quick to help as needed.
This is a growing neighborhood with lots of construction noise during the week. Parking was not an issue and although we chose to rent a car for the week, parking on Broadway was very expensive. Urbers we’re not always reliable on the weekends so prepare for delays. The 3 night concert in town made them more expensive as well during peak times.
We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed everything about the house, but we definitely would have appreciated a second bed.
Thanks again Neal for everything!

Great, convenient to the heart of Nashville
We had a great experience here. Neal was quick to respond to any questions. The house was beautiful and spacious. And just a quick drive to the heart of Nashville.
There is construction going on in the area, but growth is good.
We would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to town perfect for 2
A little construction noise during the week as they are building up the area but that is to be expected. Nice unit close to downtown without being directly downtown. It was nice for this country girl. Very clean. Makeup cloths provided. Would definitely come back.
