Unexpected delight

Loft 300 exceeded all expectations! It is exceptional in beauty, convenient to the best venues, and the private rooftop club has spoiled us to ever wanting to stay at a hotel in Nashville. We are already planning our next visit!

My daughter and I had a blast in Nashville seeing Eric Church. Bonus, it was CMA fest! Location can’t be beat.

So much to see and do in the immediate vicinity of the STC! Needless to say, the connected “Sinatra’s” was a highlight as were the two evenings spent at “Skulls” for food and fun. As for the room itself, it was spacious,clean and comfortable. The only recommendation I would make would be to have a luggage stand in the room, as well as a small dresser or set of shelves to put clothes in or on. other than that, everything was great. And it would be remiss of me not to mention that the staff no matter who we interacted with was very, very helpful and accommodating We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Downtown Loft

This is a beautiful space, in easy walking distance to many Nashville attractions. We visited the Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline museums, using passes from the Lofts. We also had a lovely dinner downstairs, and used coupons provided by the Lofts. There were thoughtful touches throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a lovely stay. The reason I can't quite give 5 stars is due to the noise level, which made for less than restful sleep. This is not the fault of the property (though I wonder if some additional measures might be taken to insulate the space? Not sure). The reality is Nashville has a vibrant nightlife (every night) and it's a historic building, so you hear everything - above (they was a loft above us) and below (the street noise, plus the bar out back). We loved the space, just wish we'd gotten a little more sleep. Heavy sleepers or night owls shouldn't have any issues!
