    • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

    • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

    • We can host a maximum of 8 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

    • All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

    • We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

    • However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

    • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

    • We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

    • Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Family Trip

There were 4 adults. Plenty of space. Good location close to downtown. Just note there are lots of steps. Allen made the process easy. We will stay there again.

Great house with a lot of space for everyone

The house is great and we loved that we all had our own rooms with en suite bathrooms though we did miss having anywhere to hang our clothes as the only closet was in the master. It is worth noting that there are a lot of stairs so something to be considered if that would be a challenge for you or anyone in your party. The final thing to note, and this is hopefully a temporary disruption, but for the near future at least … there is full blown demo / construction happening across the street. Though this is understandably outside of the hosts controls, it is very loud and pretty consistent daily from as Early as 6:30am ( which was our biggest complaint- why such an early start ) straight through until 5 or 6pm. Otherwise, it is a comfortable home in a nice location, close to downtown and other great areas of Nashville, and our Host was very responsive. All in all We enjoyed our stay.

The home is beautiful. All the dishes needed to be rinsed before use. The 3rd floor master bathroom could use a good scrub and paint. The only thing that was terrible about the location is the jackhammering ALL day and I know you can’t help that. We had a great time staying in town for a wedding.
