Such a gem!

This house has been beautifully redone and is such a unique property close to everything in Nashville. There was ample space for a large group and we loved all the charm the house had to offer. Great stay.

Great house!

This is a really great house! Love the bedrooms and also the open spaces were so great for us to just hang out. I highly recommend!

Great House, Great Location

Our family very much enjoyed this house over the Thanksgiving weekend! The location is great and it very cute inside. We would highly recommend it for a get together !!

Perfect for us

The property was perfect for our family. It was exactly as described and very clean. It was a quick Uber to anything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would be happy to stay here again.

Girls Reunion

Ten high school girlfriends reunited to celebrate turning 65 this year!!! The place was clean, spacious and conveniently located to restaurants and shops and just a short Lift ride to the Nashville attractions. We loved the architectural style of the home as well.

Ladies trip

Friend group looking for a place to gather, laugh, socialize, explore Nashville. This property met all of our needs (and more!). The ability to walk to Hillsboro Village (coffee, food, shops) was fantastic. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. Thanks for providing a great place for our stay!!

Great family home

Plenty of comfortable bedding, clean and soft towels, and a turnkey kitchen ready for cooking. With 6 adults and 4 small children, there was plenty of room for everything and everyone, all on one floor, which was perfect for keeping an eye on the littles. Walking distance to a great park with playground and to a variety of dining options. This was our 2nd great experience in this home.

Beautiful and spacious modern craftsman

This house is just adorable! I wish we could have stayed longer. Nice big and comfy beds in spacious bedrooms. Stocked kitchen. It was a short drive to downtown. The only issue we had was our gps took us to the back in the alley.

Wonderful experience. Clear communication. The location is superb. Walking distance to Belmont, Vanderbilt, shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Downtown for Titans, Preds and Broadway’s best nightlife.

The pictures are exactly like the house. It’s beautiful, centrally located, and has many thoughtful touches. And the beds are very comfortable. We’ll definitely look to stay here again when we visit Nashville

HALFWAY BETWEEN BROADWAY AND THE GREENHILLS MALL

BEAUTIFUL HOME EXCELLENT LOCATION 10 MIN UBER TO BROADWAY OR 9 MIN TO GREENHILLS MALL. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD PERFECT FOR A GIRLS TRIP OR FAMILY GETAWAY. THE HOUSE WAS SUPER! WE LOVED THE DECOR. WOULD DEFINETLY STAY HERE AGAIN!! EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT.

Beautiful home in great location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Full of historic charm and large, comfortable rooms with modern touches in all of the right places. The bathrooms all feel new and fresh while fitting in well with the rest of the home. Great furnishings and design finishes throughout. The A/c worked very well and created a wonderful retreat from the summer heat. The location is terrific within walking distance to cute shops and restaurants in Hillsboro Village. Very easy to get to many other parts of town as well. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we hope to have another opportunity to enjoy this great home again soon!

Beautiful home with wonderful gathering spaces.

House was beautiful with cozy, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total worked well for our group of 9. There was plenty of gathering space for the group as well in comfortable living room & dining room. The interior design was artsy & modern & the natural light was great in this house. Only recommendation is to recycle - in the climate change era we live in, we all need to do our part even while on vacation or a get away. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful house in great neighborhood

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Easy walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone coming to Nashville! Close to action, but far enough away to get a nice neighborhood feel.

Best House and Property Manager!

The pictures are gorgeous, but in person it was even better! The beds were unbelievably comfy. The amenities were great. The location was perfect. The property manager made our stay more than worth it - fast, honest, and professional communication! Wish we would have stayed longer!

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed the property. Beautifully decorated and laid out to give our group of 8 plenty of space. Property managers were great at responding to questions and requests too.

Amazing!

The house was exactly like the pictures and even better! We were a group of 8 adults and had plenty of space. The house was decorated beautifully! The bedrooms were a great size, the beds were comfy, each room has a large tv, the 3 bathrooms were so nice, and it was perfect! We loved gathering around the large island talking, sitting at the large table playing games, and we loved the location. Its only a 6 minute walk to the famous Pancake Pantry and some shops. We had no problems getting Ubers. It was a great location! We all said we would stay here again and look forward to our next time to Nashville!

Lawrence Family Christmas

Best decision I have ever made. Several of my family members all live locally, average 30 mins outside Nashville. We celebrated Christmas together here and had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect. This felt like home.
