Where do I begin? Point form- Pics not what the place looks like. Rustic. Needs TLC. Kitchen needs Basics such as Tea Towel, more than 3 forks, more than 1 drinking glass. Oven mitts, cleaning for pots and pans. Can opener broken. No mixing bowls. Cupboards don't align and don't close properly. Laundry area dingy and dirty with broken appliances in the mix. Guests downstairs were super noisy. Smoking marijuana. Had to send MULTIPLE requests for noise level. The guests below us brought a loud speaker and was blasting most of the evening and after the 10 pm curfew. There was a nail in the bedroom sticking out of the floor about 1/4 ". Bedroom door creaks loudly. Bring your own Body wash. The dish detergent and bathroom soap watered down a lot! Shower water pressure hit and miss. Not worth it.

Gorgeous location but looked abandoned

I absolutely loved my cottage but had I read the fine print I would never have booked it. The listing evidently stated that the wonderful pool was NOT for the use of those renting other than the big, main house. To my great good fortune, there was absolutely no one staying there but me- and that may be because the property is obviously undergoing some…um…improvements. Wood slabs, tools, tons of leaves and a bit of debris throughout the grounds. My own cottage on the inside was perfectly pristine: nicely decorated, nicely appointed and comfortable- but, my goodness! It was completely surrounded by dead foliage! I travel solo and my only filters are: pool, kitchen, view and privacy. I had that in spades- I just wasn’t supposed to have access to the pool which looks out over the water, separated by a narrow street. But I spent almost all day long in it, so I guess I get a big negative check for not following the rules.Except for the unkempt aspect of it, it was the best stay I’ve had out of the last 5 times I’ve been to Nassau. And if I thought I could get the cottage PLUS the pool, I’d book it again in a heartbeat! Literally- I’d book it for next month.The check in was ok. Communication, once I got the correct password ( sigh) was great. Thanks , Cornelia, for your patience with me and my utter exasperation with all those locks, codes and access numbers- whew! This property has nothing on Fort Knox. But- security? Yes indeedy!A potentially beautiful, beautiful property!

The location was only a 6 minute drive from the airport. There are multiple units at this location. The driveway is long, but can only accommodate 2 cars if parked correctly. Other guests had to park outside of the gated driveway. The view on the website is not was it looks like now. The trees are super tall now. You can still see a little bit, but the sounds of the ocean is music to your ears. The mattress is super super hard. I didn't mind, but my husband did. Communication with the management was amazing. They are on top of everything making sure you are helped with any needs on the rental.
Beautiful short walk across the street to the beach.

Good stay but for last day!

Property itself was sunny and pleasant, reasonably well appointed, and had a lovely view of the water. Unfortunately there was a security incident where upon my having to leave a few days before my partner for business in the US, the flat was burglarized and my friend was robbed of every bit of cash in her wallet! The thief, who must have been suveiling our movements, and possibly had an inside connection, came in through the balcony in the middle of the night. Turns out that the balcony lock, which was a bit finicky from the start, was not closed correctly by my friend the night this happened but of couse such an oversight shouldn't have resulted in a break in. As can be well imagined this was NOT FUN in any way. Thankfully she was unharmed, but the way the affair was dealt with by property manager left a lot to be besired, with my friend having waited over 5 hours before a security person came to check on things, where all along the propery manager was just not helpful to say the least, and at times even suggested to when I spoke to her over the phone from the US that my friend, the victim here, was being untruthful about what happened! The property did apparently have a security system but no instructions were ever provided on how to ensure its activation on the part of the property owners. If this unfortunate incident had not occurred needless to say I would have rated the experience much higher. I hope the property managers would learn customer service skills in future.

The location was nice, facing a pristine beach accross the road. Taxi rates around the island are exorbitant.The condo itself was worn with a dirty disgusting rug in the living area, a noisy AC unit that stopped working (with inability to send someone to repair it) and a deck with broken railings, a broken coffee table and old plastic chairs. Frankly, the deck represented a safety hazard, especially for children. They had labeled all of the dishes and utensils, but they were as old and cheap as you can imagine ....corningware from the 70's. With the rental income from a few nights, these issues could easily be remedied. Lastly, after waiting 6 weeks for a return of our deposit, it took a text to the caretaker to get it refunded. I'm certain they were hoping we had forgotten.

Great location in front of a private beach with its own reefs! Close enough to play at Atlantis or The Baha Mar for dinning. The laundry facilities are a huge plus. The place is perfect for the price, the bedroom and living room area have been remodeled with nice touches. I would stay here again.

Had a good time at this cottage and it was as described in the pictures. Comfortable, clean and somewhat secluded which made for a nice beach vacation. Sandy beach is right out in front with a short walk.

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The view was AMAZING and the property overall was quite comfortable. The parking was quite challenging at times - especially when the other units were occupied & the cleaning crew was there. Also, I was disappointed in the supply of linens we were given. We were told we would be given 3 towels per person, but were only given 1 each. Same with the sheets - only 1 set. When I asked about it, I was told where the laundry room was. I don't mind washing them, but for a 9-night stay, I thought only 1 towel per person was a little less than adequate. We thought it was a good value for the price and would definitely stay here again.
