“Being a San Diego native, the location was perfect. It was centrally located between both mine and my partners jobs, as well as being within 20 minutes of everything SD has to offer. The living room AC took some getting used to, as the display for the remote was broken, however it worked as normal. “For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided.”

“The host communicated well and the property fit our needs however the property was not very well kept. The host provided an option for free early check in if I clean up after the previous guests so I wasnt surprised to see that the property wasn't very clean. There were dust bunnies everywhere and the surfaces were grimy. At one point a relative of the host let himself in during our stay because he left his phone. The host was apologetic but that left a bad taste in our mouth. ”
