After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. “The staircase and entrance were filthy but the room itself was clean. There was NO toilet paper whatsoever and only I small shower towel and 1 hand towel for 2 people. The bed was extremely soft. The welcome tray was suitably stocked. There was no one on reception to ask for toilet paper.”
