“Clean Room beautiful pool ”

“During my first day’s stay at the Seda Hotel, my experience was unfortunately unpleasant. Upon entering the room, there was already an unpleasant odor. I initially tried to ignore it, hoping it would eventually dissipate. That evening, I went out for a massage, thinking the smell might improve by the time I returned. However, when I came back, I felt very thirsty and drank the water provided on the counter. As I opened the refrigerator cabinet, I was shocked to find a small cockroach inside....

“The property is well located in central Quezon city. Just below the hotel is a shopping center, 3 minutes walk to MRT station. Amenities are excellent with good size swimming pool, fast internet. Excellent local and international TV channels, with Netflix and Youtube. Breakfast is great with a lot of choices, local and continental. Staff are very helpful and courteous, serves with a smile - consistent to a well known Filipino virtue of being hospitable.”

“The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

“Great location, ok room, tv didn't really work, the internet was data capped had to call multiple times to get reloaded then after watching couple of youtube vids data was used up. Would have paid extra to get unlimited data.. otherwise great bang for buck place ”

“Room was in good condition, very courteous staff, food was surprisingly good, walking distance to Trinoma and SM. Asked for a wake up call but didn't get it, took more than half an hour and a follow up call for a bucket of ice, twice. Didn't know SOGO is a "short time " place.”

“We realky didn't care for the breakfast buffet. But what we ordered from the menu was really good and with bug servings. We could have shared a plate. ”
