Esta casa adosada de dos dormitorios se encuentra en las playas de arena blanca de la playa de Navarra. A pesar de que nuestra unidad no está directamente en el agua, el golfo se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia. Venga a disfrutar del ambiente relajado y tranquilo del complejo frente al golfo de Sugar Beach Condominiums. Nuestra casa adosada cuenta con dos habitaciones, cada una con baño privado y puede alojar cómodamente de 6 a 8 personas. La piscina climatizada (remodelada en 2018 y climatizada de marzo a noviembre) se encuentra a pocos pasos de la puerta de entrada y nuestra casa adosada se encuentra a pocos pasos del acceso a la playa privada. Las necesidades de la playa se satisfacen con comodidades adicionales que incluyen toallas de playa, sillas de playa, sombrilla y kayak. Tenemos todo lo que necesitas para una escapada relajante!

También tenemos otra unidad en este condominio (782452) si su familia quiere múltiples unidades en el mismo complejo.

Family vacay

Stayed a week. Could be cleaner based on staying on the island for almost 2 decades. Could be upgraded, such as carpeting replaced, etc. Description was correct. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Steps Away From Paradise

This is my 2nd time staying in this condo! It is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week's stay! It is steps away from the beautiful gulf! The owner was quick to answer questions and even had the condo ready for our earlier arrival time! We loved our stay!!

Perfect Escape

Clean, very short walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable. There were lots of extras including coffee, spices, snacks, beach towels, beach chairs, and other beach gear! Will definitely return.

This property is a quiet little townhome. It is close to the pier and in walking distance to a couple restaurants if you don’t want to drive. The complex is nice. I loved having the wash off at the townhouse instead of at the walk over. This way you didn’t have to track sand back from across the parking lot. If you pass on this place because it isn’t as “fancy” as some of the newer places you are definitely missing out. When I come to the beach I don’t come because a place is decorated a certain way or has new fixtures etc. (not saying this townhouse wasn’t decorated nicely) When I walk in I want it to be clean smelling & looking, no visible signs of uncleanliness. This place absolutely meets all that & more!! It was homey. If I had to complain about anything it would be that I ran out of hot water too quickly! (but I take a hot shower- and we ran both showers at one time) We will be back when we choose to come without our RV & stay on the beach.

Beautiful condo!

This townhouse was perfect for the four of us! It was spacious and the beds were really comfortable! It was well stocked- lots of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! We even grilled out a couple of nights! The beach is just a short walk and the pool was beautiful!

A comfortable, beautifull decorated condo, close to the beach and close to grocery stores. Beautiful beaches; peaceful in the off season. The accommodation was everything and more we could hope for.

Property not kept up for the price. You are being charged for “COVID” cleaning (for the property management to make more money) and it’s not clean!! The return air conditioner vent was very filthy and the “master bedroom” fan speed high was a maybe a low speed on an up to date fan. Master bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it, the window curtain panels in the master bedroom needed to have at least two more over the window to help block the evening sun since the fan didn’t help keep the heat down. Just very uncomfortable trying to sleep. Mold in the kitchen cabinet above the stove / vent hood. The vent hood did not have light bulbs in it and was very dirty and rusty as well. Most of the light fixtures were missing light bulbs. Stated there was an ironing board but no ironing board when we were getting ready to have family photos made we had to iron clothes on the floor. The house wasn’t technically clean when we arrived the tile in the entrance was full of sand and when I bent over to pick something up for my one year old in front of the television there was dust bunnies all under the television cabinet. I had to clean the both showers before my children could shower thank goodness I packed pinesol. The refrigerator ice maker wasn’t hooked into the water line and I didn’t know that until the next morning when I was getting ready to go down to the beach and we didn’t have any ice. The kitchen isn’t fully stocked with utensils or cookware / bakeware. All in all I would not recommend this property to my enemy until it was updated and had some TLC at least not for the price!!!!
