Luxury? No guest service.
Upon arrival, told that the inspector hadn't signd off, if we waived the inspection, any issues would not be resolved for several days. We stated that we would not waive the inspection. Inspector no show. Scenic tells us that the inspector waived the inspection. We were assured that this would not impact our service.
We entered the house and saw that the carafe to the coffee pot was missing. Texted Scenic and were told that a coffee pot would be delivered that evening. No coffee pot arrived for 2 days after repeated texting. We made coffee dripping into a saucepan Their response was that there is a keurig in the house. Implying that the guest go to the store and buy K pods so Scenic doesnt have to deliver a coffee pot. Note Keurig only worked if you stood there and held the top down. 2 or 3 pots of coffee are typically made in a day when we all get together.
Only 1 towel provided per guest. Constant laundry or never a dry towel. Not very luxurious.
Ceiling dripped onto master bedroom bed. No response from Scenic.
TV didnt work. No dust pan. Bingo Scenic says coming in 45 minutes ( 30 hours after text) Dust pan and Swiffer arrive no TV technician. Scenic wants to keep guests happy cleaning.
After 2 days, man says he was sent to look at tv. No luck, says he does drywall not tv's
