“We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. “We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.”

“Emma was a great host and the home was very clean. The basement bedroom was a little disappointing. Our boys who were supposed to sleep downstairs had to sleep on the couch because the space was hot, damp, and musty. The upstairs of the property was wonderful. ”
