Unidad final "Sea La Vie" con impresionantes vistas desde la gran terraza

Esta bellamente decorada de 2 habitaciones, 2 1/2 baños, cuenta con molduras de techo, hermosos gabinetes de madera, habitaciones alfombradas, piso de sala de estar de madera, cocina con azulejos y baños. Townhome tiene acceso conveniente tanto al Golfo de México como al Sound. Solo un corto paseo cruzando la calle hasta la playa con el sonido ubicado cerca de nuestra acogedora casa adosada. Disfrute del mismo romance de escapada a la playa que otros pero a un costo más razonable. Las playas de arena blanca y las aguas verde esmeralda te dejarán sin aliento y harán de Navarra tu elección de vacaciones en los años venideros. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen size con televisión de pantalla plana, baño completo adjunto con bañera / ducha combinada. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas dobles, televisión de pantalla plana y baño completo adjunto, combinación de bañera / ducha.

Esta propiedad cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, terraza para salir del comedor, ropa de cama, lavadora / secadora, parrilla de carbón, ducha exterior, cochera debajo de la unidad con estacionamiento para 2, internet inalámbrico, cable, sillas de jardín y sombrilla. Salga a una de las 3 cubiertas privadas y disfrute del sonido de las olas o vea a las aves deslizarse por el cielo azul claro. El baño para bicicletas está justo afuera de la puerta principal para conducir fácilmente desde la playa de Navarra hasta la playa de Pensacola. Great place in a great spot!

We had a wonderful time! The location is so great, with beach access just steps away! Gorgeous views of both the sound and its amazing sunsets and of the glorious gulf! We had everything we needed and we will definitely stay here again!

IWonderful space and location

Perfect location further down the island where there are a little less people on the public beaches. Living area was comfortable and airy. Would recommend the golf cart addition!

Easy Peaceful Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the space. We cooked most of our meals there. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sat one the porches for our morning coffee. The beaches were amazing! Thank you!

Had the best time. Great townhouse-well appointed, clean, comfortable, excellent location. Enjoyed the bikes. Was able to fully rest and relax. Would recommend and return.

The sand on Navarre beach is so white and soft. We also had fun watching the people fishing from the pier.

Loved the outdoor decks and rockers! Everything we needed, clean and comfy but could use a new Teflon skillet. TV was a little confusing. Loved the beach right across street! Would stay here again!

Great Vacation!!

I booked this extremely last minute after having my trip cancelled to comfortable!! 10 out of 10 recommend!! My only recommendation for the owners is to put some room darkening curtains in the master bedroom, the FL sun is bright

First timer

Absolutely loved staying here!! Everything was spotless inside and the views couldn’t be better! The place is right across the street from the beach access. We would literally look out the front porch and be able to see the gulf side. The back porch rocking chairs was a great place to sip coffee and enjoy the sound side views. Love that there was beach chairs to use, and some other fun toys for the beach. Highly recommend, and will definitely be staying again!!

We did not need anything, kitchen was well equipped and there was even beach gear available for use in the storage closet. The townhome was very clean and nicely decorated. You can't go wrong staying here!

This place has RATS.

This place has RATS inside! Rats outside also. They are not mice they are rats. Very disappointed. Worst thing is they (the owner) knew it because there was pest control devices plugged into the walls. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Perfect Beach Stay

This property was well maintained, clean, and perfectly situated on Navarre Beach! We were almost directly across from a quieter public beach access. It was so easy to walk back and forth with the kids. We spent a lot of time outside on the mid-level decks, but mostly on the ground-level porch. I love the rocking chairs! The deck views were beautiful! Inside, the kitchen was well supplied with ample seating for our party of 5. The couch was perfect for family movie nights. The bedrooms were nice with comfy beds. The only difficulty was that the drier was on its last leg. Expect to run it two or three times. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, comfortable stay!

We loved the location of this VRBO! You are right across the road from the beach so it is an easier walk, which we made multiple times per day. Very thankful not to have to load up the car to go to the beach! The home is comfortable and has all the necessities for a week long stay. A few small things to note, especially if you have babies or small kids (or if you like to sleep past 5:30!). Only the larger room has room darkening curtains (not blackout in either) which would be helpful in both rooms. The door to the bigger room also squeaks when opening and shutting, a nonissue unless you have little ones sleeping. The balcony upstairs isn’t accessible as the door is stuck. The back door main level door is very difficult to lock, which would be my topic priority to get worked on!

Beautiful Coastal Townhome!

Awesome deck views of the Sound and steps to the beautiful white sandy beach. A walkway for a morning or evening walk right in front of the townhome was nice. Covered parking and a relaxing place to sit or grill outside. This townhome is a home away from home. Decorated so coastal and so relaxing. Restaurants and grocery access is just a few minutes away. We drove down to Fort Pickens and watched the Blue Angels! Wow, they are awesome! Don't miss out! You won't be disappointed! Plenty of room for your family and lots of fun things to do! We will be back! Thank you for allowing us to rent this beautiful townhome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time coming to Navarre and it did not disappoint. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. We had a lovely view of the sound and of the gulf. There was plenty of space in the condo to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the condo as a whole was very clean. When we booked we had asked to reserve the kayak, paddleboards and bikes and were told that wouldn't be a problem. However at the actual time of our stay they were not available to us, so that was bit of a letdown as we were really looking forward to experiencing those during our stay. Nevertheless, the stay was still a good one and we had a lovely time.

Reviewer Comments: The house was comfortable and had everything that we could need - except coffee, be sure to bring your own! ;) We stopped at the local grocery store and stocked up on essentials (except coffee). The kitchen had all the gadgets and gizmos that we needed for the week. The beach is such an easy walk. Simply cross the street and you are at the entrance to a public beach access, that was never too crowded for our liking. They even provide a beach wagon to help haul all the goodies. The sand was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Comparable to what we've seen in Cancun without all the added seaweed. The management company was quick to respond to our inquiry about something. Very good experience!

Reviewer Comments: This property is a great location as you are about a 4 minute walk to the public beach access and since you are a little further down the island, tends to be less crowded. There is a view of the gulf from the front and the sound from the back. Very clean and nicely furnished unit. Any questions about the accommodations,restaurants in the area, etc were returned promptly and professionally. Am considering buying a property on this beautiful beach.
