We checked in on a Thursday evening and by 4 pm on Friday we had no a/c. I understand that these things happen but after waiting on maintenance and the a/c company from 4:30 pm til 10:30 pm and no guarantee of getting a/c we decided to leave the next day (Saturday by 9 am) I will say the owner offered us a different unit (not on Gulf) around 7:30 pm but having a disabled son and the difficulty with him getting acclimated to a new place once again, we chose to stay the night with hopes the a/c would be repaired. The owner assured us we could get a refund if we chose to depart the next day. I have been told that a portion is refunded, which turned out to be 14%. That was for a 3 night stay which only 24 hours were with a/c. None of the VRBO fees, tax, cleaning fees, booking fees were prorated. I will never book with VRBO again after this experience.

This is our third time at this condo complex and we love the location and facilities each time. This unit was well cleaned and just like the photos. There were some extra beach toys in the guest closet and a fan too. Great week in Navarre!

We had a great time - we loved this unit - plenty of space and very clean - the master bed is in need of a new mattress along with the sleeper sofa but other than that it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you

The location of the condo was amazing! The side balcony gave us views of the ocean and the sound so we could watch the sunsets at night. The building was clean and quiet.

Corner unit allowing for view from side and back. Nicely located just outside of the high rise monstrosities that poison the beach atmosphere and the quieter side of individual houses and bike path that runs adjacent all the way along the National Seashore Beach to Pensacola. Well appointed with all the amenities you would need. Covered Parking is a plus especially if you are toting bikes. Enjoyable stay

The owner of this property needs to spend some time in this unit. The front door is extremely hard to open, sliding door screen needs to be propped with a bar so the wind will not open the screen door, living room couch is so uncomfortable that you cannot even sit on it, master bedroom has a regular size bed ( who would not expect a queen or king) and it was totally shot (lumpy and springs constantly poking you). This was not a pleasant stay other than the beach and views from the unit. We do not recommend this property at all.

The unit was beautiful, had everything we needed, and provided convenient access to the beach. When one of our littles needed a nap it was no trouble at all to walk back up to the condo. It allowed the rest of our party to stay at the beach as long as they wanted. We love the slowness of Navarre.

My sister and I took our grandkids on vacation. This unit was perfect! We loved having an end unit. The unit was ready for us a little early and was clean with everything that we needed. The view from the 4th floor unit is spectacular, the beach access was so convenient, and the parking garage was great. The kids, my sister and I had a fabulous vacation and can’t wait to return! Blue Moon is hands down, without a doubt the best property rental company I’ve ever used! Definitely recommend!!!

The property was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The weather unfortunately was chilly and windy, so beach time was very limited. Luckily the unit itself was very bright & cheery and we were able to get out on balcony as well. The view was fantastic. I would recommend this property. The management company Blue Moon was very good to deal with.

The condo was perfect for the two of us....Plenty of room and great views!...We were there the week of Labor Day, but it wasn't overcrowded on the beach or anywhere we went...If you prefer a quiet, more laid back vacation; this is the perfect spot...

Beautiful corner unit with a balcony that offers great views of the ocean as well as sunset views. Lots of natural light. Nicely updated kitchen and master bath. Beach is not crowded as this is a low density building. There is an onsite beach service. It was nice receiving text communication from the property manager the day of arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in 2021, and enjoyed it so much that we came back this year for another week. Check-in process is incredibly easy, and communication with the property manager is done via text. The place has everything you need, including the incredible floor to ceiling view of the water right from the living room. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location, especially considering the low number of units in Emerald Surf (compared to other towers along same stretch of road).

Lovely condo and the views are amazing. Just a few steps take you to the beach. Nice pool area and can walk to restaurants, public beach (although we enjoyed the beach at the complex), and fishing pier is close by. Definitely will return. Would give 10 stars if I could.

This was our first family vacation with our baby. It was the perfect location and property for a long weekend getaway. We loved the local restaurants and ocean view from the condo. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.
