This beautiful beachfront Cycladic villa is the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in Naxos. Its superb location, just 5 footsteps from the beach and within walking distance of markets, shops and restaurants, makes it an ideal base.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a high vaulted ceiling and a monastery dining table. Modern amenities include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth audio system. The deluxe Cycladic kitchen is equipped with Smeg and Miele appliances.

The villa has two stunning en-suite master bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own private lounge balcony boasting spectacular sea views over the Aegean Sea and the east side of Paros Island. The remaining bedroom is on the independent mid floor and comes with an en-suite bathroom, king size bed, and breathtaking sea views.

Guests can enjoy the endless sea views and blue skies from the top roof of the villa, which features built-in sofas for added comfort and tranquility.

The villa is situated on the beach between the world-class Agios Prokopios beach and Agia Anna. During peak season (July and August), the road in front of the villa can become quite busy, but none of our guests have complained about this in their reviews.

All bed-linen and towels are newly purchased COCO-MAT® and professionally washed and disinfected before your arrival. Each guest will also receive a beach towel.

A car is not required but we suggest, you DO rent a car.

Any attempt to plan your Naxos holidays without including any vehicle rental is futile, if you really want to get to know the island. With Naxos being such a big and mountainous island, it is highly recommended, if not essential, to hire a car. Naxos has many exquisite villages and tourist attractions all around the island that is worth exploring!

We can arrange any vehicle for all budget on your behalf and bring it the port / airport on your arrival with no extra cost.

Whether you plan to rent a car on Naxos for your whole stay or for just a few days, it is important to realize that unless you do so, you will not be able to enjoy what the island has to offer in terms of sightseeing, beaches and villages exploration.

There is also public bus transportation just 80 meters from the villa heading Naxos main town or Plaka beach and back. Local transportation is quite good on Naxos, however, it will take you ages to get around the entire island this way and, still, you won't be able to see it all.

• DO WE NEED TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY WITH YOU BEFORE BOOKING?

No. Choose the dates you would like (by clicking in the 'Check In' / 'Check Out' date boxes on our listing page) and then book free dates immediately using 'Instant Book'. Our free dates go very fast as we have near 95% occupancy, so this is the best way to get the dates you want.


• CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK-OUT?

We always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times, and its not back to back reservation. But we'll note your request, and always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out and we will keep the safe.

• CAN YOU ORGANISE AIRPORT or PORT PICK-UP?

We recommend not to arrive without your transfer already organised because a taxi would be difficult to find especially in high season. Uber or similar apps doesn't exists in Naxos and Cyclades in general.

We can anyway organise a transfer for you - a 1-way/1-time transfer costs 25 EUR ( total price, not per person) for a comfortable people carrier for up to 4 passengers. Then we organise the taxi driver to be waiting for you at the port/airport. He'll be holding a sign with your name on.

• IS THE VILLA IN A GOOD LOCATION NEAR RESTAURANTS, CAFES AND THE BEACH?

Yes, actually its located ON the beach :) We have a safe and fantastic location within easy reach of everything. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, groceries and activities also within walking distance.


• IS THE VILLA CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED?

100% yes! We take cleanliness very seriously and are proud of our 5* cleanliness ratings so far. We try every year to maintain and upgrade things.

• IS THE VILLA NON-SMOKING?

Yes, The property is non-smoking. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside at the front yard, balconies and at the roof deck.


• WILL WE HAVE INTERNET ACCESS ?

The villa is equipped with free wireless high-speed internet and Smart Tv. The speed connection is perfect to stream Netflix, watching YouTube, browsing, Video calls, e-meetings etc. You won't be disappointed. Speaking with numbers is around 50 Mbps connection.


• ARE MOSQUITOES A PROBLEM AT YOUR VILLA?

Our bedrooms and living room are sealed with mosquito fences so you won't get bitten. Mosquitos are active before and after sunset. This happens everywhere in Naxos but not every day. If its windy, they disappear.

• DO YOU PROVIDE THINGS LIKE SHAMPOO AND TOWELS?

Yes. Each Luxury bathroom comes with hair shampoo, body bath, soap, cotton wool, ear buds, shower cap, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels. Also in one of the bathrooms you'll find a hair dryer.

• IS IT WINDY?

Yes and No ! Have in mind that Naxos is windsurf & kite-surf Paradise. Characteristic of Naxian wind is the strong north wind, we are located in South-west side of the island so the beach is protected and calm even if its windy.


• IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING IN THE PROPERTY?

Yes! The villa have Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system to make sure you've always the temperature you want to.
