Royal Guest House was a great stop on our way to Tel Aviv. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The facility is very new and updated and the room was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast & parking are a huge benefit & The new terrace overlooking Nazareth is amazing. The owner even took my husband out to a market to get fresh bread! Thank you for a great stay 👍

.הייתה חוויה נעימה. המקום ממוקם קרוב למרכז העיר קיבלנו חדר ל-4 אנשים, החדר מרווח ונקי. בעל הבית (שאדי) איש אדיב, קיבלנו שירות מדהים מקבלת הפנים בקבלה ועד לעזיבה. ארוחת בוקר בהחלט טובה ☺️ !מומלץ בחום

This is a house not a hotel. The rooms are so small, a person can't walk. There is a lot stairs and it is not very clean.

Great View!

Clean, small, basic, location tough to find, (streets in Nazareth are narrow, old and not in any particular standard of organization.) Great view, quiet, nice and a bit off the noisier, downtown area.

המקום נקי, מטופח, נעים. החיסרון היה ההגעה בכבישים צרים, עליות וירידות והסימטאות פחות נוחות ונעימות לנהיגה. החדר קטן - חדר ליחיד. הבעיה היא שלא יכולתי לעמוד בין הכיור למקלחון מרוב שזה היה צפוף. השמיכה היתה שמיכה דקה ולא מתאימה לעונה. ערוצי הטלויזיה ללא השפה העברית בכלל. הבעלים איש מקסים עם מאור פנים, נכונות לעזור ולסייע בכל בקשה ושאלה. מאוד מתחשב בבקשות. אני מניחה שיש חדרים מרווחים יותר המיועדים לזוגות. אני מתייחסת לחדר ליחיד ששהיתי בו.

Highly Recommend

I cannot recommend the 'Royal Guest House' highly enough! The location provides an amazing view of Nazareth (especially at night) while a short, few minute walk drops you right in the heart of the 'Old City' and at the entrance to the Church of the Annunciation. Additionally, Shaddi could not have been more helpful and accommodating when it came to offering advice on how to get around, or arranging transportation at the last minute for me. I cannot thank you (and Bassam) enough! It was the perfect end to weeks of hard work in the desert! Thank you - I will be returning to stay with you again.

Basic room with a nice view

We booked last minute the room and was getting dark so was very hard to find the Apartement.The Navigation doesen‘t work properly there for whatever reason. Finally we got there and met the owner who was very nice and welcoming. The room was very basic with a small bathroom and a beautiful view over Nazareth. We decided to walk to the city for dinner as we didn‘t wanna experience a second time not finding the Apartement. Walking distance around 15-20min. The brekfast next day was nice. Owner was very nice and tryed to help us in every way he could- with informations etc.

Very clean & comfortable, fresh & varied breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay. Shadi the owner is very nice and welcoming. We rented a 4 beds room that was aesthetically designed, very spacious & comfortable, and most important for us - CLEAN. There were hot water non stop and the breakfast was fresh, varied & plentiful. The location is good, not in the very center of the city, but still close. Its location up the hill presents the amazing view of the entire city.

Excellent stay — highly recommended

Excellent stay at the Royal Guest House. My wife and I were initially attracted by the price, previous ratings and location in Nazareth but we had a much greater time expected. The owner/manager Shadi was not only a great host for our stay, but extremely helpful in information on the local sights in both Nazareth and Jerusalem. Due to the price, we stayed in the smallest room, but were quite happy with the accommodations. Shadi has made several improvements to the building and is planning even more. The room was neat and clean. The balcony common area offered a terrific view of the city and the free breakfast offered a great way to start the day. There is a small salad restaurant and a grocery shop within easy walking distance.

Small but Ok

the owner really helpful we get lost and he pick us and bring us to the hotel, the hotel has a beautiful view of the city and the breakfast is really complete. We just stay one night the room is quite small but has everything that you need. I can fully recommend it

The family running the property were really nice and helpful, the breakfast was very good and the view from our room was spectacular across the town. The downside of this is that getting to the guest house in the first instance is difficult, unless you have a car. Perhaps the owners need to give this careful thought otherwise it may affect their success as a new enterprise.

Beautiful new house with beautiful view in the heart of a city.Everything is this house is modern and of top quality The place is not difficult to find , still better to get there during daylight as the mountain streets are narrow though safe to drive. The guest rooms are on the higher floors and the owner has ordered the elevator still the luggage is not a problem as he will take it up for you and bring it down. Freshly made breakfast with plenty of typical middle eastern dishes was simply delicious . I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean and new property. Great family running this guest house. High security house. All equipment were brand new. Very reasonable price. Property is on a side street easy to miss. Not walkable to attractions; need taxi or car. No elevator, so getting to upper floors with luggage is tedious. WiFi was very interrupted. The hilly, one way side streets are difficult to drive.
