“Hosts were very friendly.The cottage was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of essentials, etc....They left us some preserves, organic teas and even some fresh eggs from their chickens. The puppy was friendly, they also have barn cats which were shy. Lots of wild birds to listen too in the morning and evening.Even though the cottage is near a scenic route, the traffic noise was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed our stay there. “This is a quaint older home that’s been updated. Clean. In a quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place we’d stay again. Amenities were top notch. Plenty of towels. The host was quick to respond and address questions. One item we observed, the bathroom lights could be brighter. ”

The listing said it sleeps 8, but I would say max of 6. This didn’t affect us, but might need adjusted. Information booklet provided needed updated as some things weren’t accurate. Larger bed didn’t have a mattress protector. ”
