Beautiful cabin

This was a perfect place to go with high school friends. The place was amazing and was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved the sunrises every morning from the porch. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Lakeside Lodge cabin on Lake Petenwell

Our family had an amazing time at the Lakeside Lodge cabin on Lake Petenwell! The home is spacious, fully stocked with all the amenities, and comfortably accommodated our group of 13. We enjoyed beautiful lake views and easy access to the water. We even rented a pontoon from Lure across the lake—it was a blast! The location is peaceful yet offers plenty to do. We absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful Memories

Our family loved our stay! The cottage has everything you could possible need and then some! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with tons of comfy seating and a great grill!It is a wrap around deck and was perfect for the little ones to play on. Beds were also comfy - our family loves making meals together, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all of the dishes, pans, and other that we needed. The cabin is like 3 homes in one with room and space for all. It is like a luxurious 3 Bears cottage:-) Peacful area -

Nice Stay

Stayed with family for a weekend. Went ice fishing straight out from house, did very well. Overall very nice stay, clean and comfortable.

Great Lake Home

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It has everything you need and was a perfect get away for our family of adult and teen children. The lake was just a short walk from the porch.

Amazing Cabin Getaway!

Just got back from an awesome stay at this cabin! The lake views are stunning, and I loved having bonfires under the stars. I even saw a bald eagle! As the first guest with the new owners, I was super impressed by how well they’ve done everything. This place is top-notch! If you want a chill spot to relax and enjoy nature, I highly recommend this cabin. Can’t wait to come back!

Exactly what we wanted for a family gathering

This property is perfect for a family gathering. The house is beautiful and situated directly on the lake for stunning views. Each room is spacious and we'll appointed. The log cabin ambiance is exactly what we wanted for our holiday get together.

Nice cabin

The Cabin is very clean and spacious. Owners went above and beyond to make it feel Christmassy with not one , but 3 Christmas trees. Lovely cabin and surroundings. We will definitely rent it again.

Splendid fall getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cabin! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the cabin was clean and cozy! We had a rare 80 degree Oct day so the kids enjoyed splasing in the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and the beautiful, peaceful location.

Perfect Location to Relax

Our group enjoyed the amenities of the cabin, water, and local area. Plenty of room for our group of ten, and great autumn weather to enjoy the fantastic view and area. The cabin offered all it promised.

We’ve been using cottage keeper for many years for wisconsin mini vacations and longer weekends and each time was a nice experience. Their cabins are exactly what we are looking for in any season. We’ve been coming every year to different cabins and each of them are really nice.

Great place for a family get together

We really enjoyed our stay, our whole family got together and were able to eat, relax, enjoy the scenery, and sleep peacefully in one location. I will warn others attempting to go to this cabin that Android GPS might take you to the cabin next door, lol. Be wary of your GPS!

Overall, it was good. Positives - location and lake view was great. Provision of the hammock and area outside the cabin was great. Negative: Could not use wifi or tv due to lack of wifi speed.

Great stay

This is a beautiful property with amazing shoreline. We weren’t able to get the tv to work but also did not reach out to report the issue so our bad. Overall recommend!

Cozy but needs updates

The fireplace and rooms made it very cozy, but technology desperately needs to be updated. We stayed on a bitterly cold weekend and were looking forward to movies and football. The downstairs tv did not work and upstairs had limited app availability on a very old device.

Awesome house 2nd year staying with our kids and grandchildren very comfortable and enjoyable. If I need too say something to change the branches from the trees are hanging by the deck. But such a wonderful house. Can’t wait till next year.

Cabin was nice and roomy for our party of 10 adults, however, dusting the cobwebs out and replacing the burned out light bulbs would have made the cabin nicer. Check to make sure the heating vents are open in the basement otherwise it gets very cold down there. Be sure to thoroughly inspect and note every little detail of any potential damage upon arrival. Nobody likes to get blamed for something they didn't do.

Scam

Be very careful with this property especially the deposit in the contract that says return in 14 days, we received it 20 days ago and they did not return us 200 dollars better look for another better property and with the same price, it is a scam and no. you are wasting your money with these individuals. The light is very little different bulbs that do not work half, spiders everywhere, the cutlery looks like it is 100 years old, it is not cared for around, dog hair everywhere. Be careful with your money. it was the last visit to this house. be careful with your money and go somewhere else. I do not recommend this scam to anyone, be careful.

Family week

This is a nice property along the lake. The listing was mostly as described. There is limited lake view from the house but access to a small nice swimming beach once you traverse some rocks to get there. There are beach chairs available in the house. Nice sandy beach and clean enough to swim (some algae in lake in general). There is a nice wooded driveway as you enter the property, with raspberries for picking, a playset for toddlers, and parking for several cars by the house. There is a nice outdoor fire ring. In case not clear to others, note that one of the bedrooms listed is really just an open loft with no sound protection. This was not ideal for our group arrangement. Two of the beds fell apart during our trip, one multiple times (slats falling out from underneath mattress and the posts coming apart since they are not bolted in place) -- we indicated to the owners which beds were problemmatic so hopefully that will not be an issue for future guests. Note that you need to bring towels not just for beach and bathing but also hand towels and dish towels. There was enough toilet paper but we needed to bring paper towels and tissues. The nearest convenience store is 15 min away and grocery store 25 min away. Lots of beautiful stars and very little noise pollution because of that, but need to plan ahead. The listing does not mention, but there are a number of items around that are good for little kids. Books, foam toys, puzzles, a high chair, sand toys. Helpful!
