Great house for a Fall trip!

We had a great time on our weekend stay. The house was wonderful-nice decor, comfortable beds, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, and great location on lake with beautiful views! My family had a really nice weekend stay here, we definitely hope to return!

This was a great place for friends to gather. Quiet and the inside was fabulous along with the outdoor fire pit!

Beautiful home and backyard. We loved having access to the lake and enjoyed playing pool! The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. Will definitely return next summer!

Weekend getaway

The house and property are very cozy and nicely decorated. The large firepit was perfect to accommodate all of us with beautiful views and sunsets on the lake. This is a great place and we've already booked our next stay here for next year.

Mother/Daughter weekend

The property was perfect for our weekend. It was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the backyard & lake! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, the extra basement area was great for the daughters, and we loved the new firepit area!

Beautiful lake front house

What a great house. It has everything you would ever need and a wonderful fire pit. Boat ramp is just down the road and the dock gave us great access to the lake.

Our visit was very good.Just a couple of suggestions.The gas grill is on its last legs.The charcoal grill was in parts.Not a big deal though.The railing leading down to the needs repair.Not complaining just things I noticed

Great place to stay. Very roomy. We had 3 adult couples and more than enough space. Kitchen was equipped with everythng you needed or forgot. Bedrooms were all spaced out great and the beds and pillows were so comfy. We Enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the peaceful surrounds. Thank you for opening your home to us.

So welcoming!

Exceptional layout for family to spend time together. Comfy beds, fully stocked home, incredibly comfortable space to be in! Felt like we were visiting a friends house. Great location on a beautiful waterway, fishing fun & nice to swim in. 10 out of 10 stars!

Castle Rock Lake

Property fit our families needs for sleeping and fun. Great access to pontoon rentals, beaches and restaurants. Its worth going early to golf at Northern Bay Resort. I did some weeding, windows and under beds could use cleaning, but otherwise remarkable. We had a great time.

Castle Lake Cabin

My family had a wonderful time at this cabin! It accommodated three couples and four adult children well in the five bedrooms and pull out futon in the basement. Being right on the water and able to dock a boat was great! We love to play games and took advantage of the many games available. They were all especially nice to have with all the rain that occurred during our visit. The cabin was well stocked with all the supplies you could ask for! We ate all our meals at the cabin and enjoyed the open kitchen for prep work while socializing. Buckhorn State Park was near by and some enjoyed a day at the beach while others did some shopping in near by Necedah. Thank you Angie for answering our questions and for providing a wonderful (home) cabin!

Great property!

Lovely house/cabin with comfortable bedrooms, good kitchen and outdoor space, pool table, dock... everything our family wanted for a few days of rest. The river is wide at this point, so it does look and feel like a lake, except that the current seemed pretty strong (water may have been higher than usual when we stayed) and we wouldn't have wanted to swim or paddleboard off the dock. But that's ok, and not a fault of the property/owners! We had tons of fun with the very nice pool table, good yard for lawn games, fire pit, table games, etc. etc.

Family @ Castle Rock vacation

I would definitely recommend this place especially for families. My husband and I along with my daughter and her husband stayed in the upstairs area. My son and his wife and their 3 young daughters had the lower level. Plenty of room for all! We enjoyed the big backyard lakeside to play yard games and have campfires. We were able to dock our 21 foot deck boat on the pier and enjoy boating on all of Castle Rock lake. The neighborhood is very beautiful and serene. This place is well stocked with everything you need and more. We had fun playing Monopoly one night which was one of the games kept here. We had a great family vacation here! Thank you Angie.
