Family @ Castle Rock vacation

I would definitely recommend this place especially for families. My husband and I along with my daughter and her husband stayed in the upstairs area. My son and his wife and their 3 young daughters had the lower level. Plenty of room for all! We enjoyed the big backyard lakeside to play yard games and have campfires. We were able to dock our 21 foot deck boat on the pier and enjoy boating on all of Castle Rock lake. The neighborhood is very beautiful and serene. This place is well stocked with everything you need and more. We had fun playing Monopoly one night which was one of the games kept here. We had a great family vacation here! Thank you Angie.

Great property!

Lovely house/cabin with comfortable bedrooms, good kitchen and outdoor space, pool table, dock... everything our family wanted for a few days of rest. The river is wide at this point, so it does look and feel like a lake, except that the current seemed pretty strong (water may have been higher than usual when we stayed) and we wouldn't have wanted to swim or paddleboard off the dock. But that's ok, and not a fault of the property/owners! We had tons of fun with the very nice pool table, good yard for lawn games, fire pit, table games, etc. etc.

Simply Perfect

Angie was an excellent host and very responsive. I booked this rental for 8 adults 0 kids for a family vacation. The space was very comfortable, adequately fit the size of our group, and was decorated beautifully. There was so much to do, and the home is well stocked with anything you'd need. The kitchen had an excellent supply of cooking utensils, pots/pans/cooking sheets, and food containers. There was an air fryer, coffee maker + Keurig style maker, and all the appliances you could ask for. The couches and beds were super comfy. Plenty of spare linens. There was a closet of games and cornhole. The downstairs had pool table, card table, and telescope. The outdoor fire pit and dock were the icing on the cake and where we spent most of our time. It was the perfect rental for relaxing and spending quality time together.

Exceptional layout for family to spend time together. Comfy beds, fully stocked home, incredibly comfortable space to be in! Felt like we were visiting a friends house. Great location on a beautiful waterway, fishing fun & nice to swim in. 10 out of 10 stars!

The property was perfect for our weekend. It was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the backyard & lake! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, the extra basement area was great for the daughters, and we loved the new firepit area!

Weekend getaway

The house and property are very cozy and nicely decorated. The large firepit was perfect to accommodate all of us with beautiful views and sunsets on the lake. This is a great place and we've already booked our next stay here for next year.

Castle Rock Lake

Property fit our families needs for sleeping and fun. Great access to pontoon rentals, beaches and restaurants. Its worth going early to golf at Northern Bay Resort. I did some weeding, windows and under beds could use cleaning, but otherwise remarkable. We had a great time.

Beautiful lake front house

What a great house. It has everything you would ever need and a wonderful fire pit. Boat ramp is just down the road and the dock gave us great access to the lake.

Great Family Getaway!

Our extended family of 9 had a great stay at this lake house. Plenty of room for all of us and we loved the location on the water. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked! We have stayed at several different properties through VRBO and this one was by far had the best supplied kitchen! Lots of extras throughout the house as well. Outside, there is a brand new fire pit area. While the deck has lots of chairs, 3 of them were broken. Beds are comfortable and we had some luck fishing from the pier. Overall, we loved the location and had a great stay!

Fantastic

What a great home to enjoy the lake! We brought our boat and a couple of jet skis. Angie gave us some great tips about where to access boat ramps, and we were able to dock with their pontoon and skis. There was plenty of room for trailers in the driveway. We loved the peaceful, quiet location. Incredible views! Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful time. The lake home is a pretty as the pictures depict. The towels were soft, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We had a few maintenance issues, but Angie addressed them without hesitation. We had 10 family members from infant to mid-70’s. All had an enjoyable time. Thank you!

Beautiful home on Castle Rock Lake

House was beautiful inside. Very clean and had all kitchen and bedroom accessories you need. Fishing was very good, even though weather was rough for part of the time. Would stay again for sure.
