“Good overnight stay if you have a function in the hotel”

“I stayed in a cozy bungalow and it was perfect for me for 8 nights. If my stay was shorter, I would have upgraded since the other rooms are more spacious and generally nicer. The customer service was top-notch. The pool was incredible! I spent all my time upstairs in the yoga palapa area.”

“The place is okay for the price plus the location is very good.. prob during our stat was that there were certain areas being painted in our floor, so the pungent smell was not nice.. there was also one morning when the housekeeping knocked on our door apparently to check if we were there or something.. i found this to be inappropriate esp because it was still early and we did not even place a “make up room” sign on the outside.. Other than these, the stay was comfortable.. ”

“Relaxing overnight stay”

“Not bad, the rooms are clean although the design is somewhat old ... Cmo of the 70s. The place is wonderful and the best thing is that it is very quiet and that the hotel does not make music loud. The penalty is they advertise an Internet that they don't have. The little they give you is limited as if it were worth Gold. The problem is something very easy to solve because they have a telephone antenna nearby they will only have to put a signal booster repeater that is worth less than 400...

“Quiet and accessible to everything.”

“Everything was good but it would be better if the hotel can just give complimentary coffee for guests to have when they wake up in the morning. Sachets of coffee and cream are not that expensive. I understand if breakfast is not included because of the high cost of foods. Anyway, everything’s great in general. Service is amazing! Thanks to every staff who made our stay a memorable one!!
