“Very clean”

“Good location with dining near by. But the unit is in need of some maintenance and deep cleaning. As we first entered the unit it smelled sour. But that could be because the mail breaker was off so no air was moving. When we turned on the ac it immediately smelled dusty. We took out the filter and it was caked with dust and hair, etc. Once we cleaned the filter it was better. When we opened the fridge to turn it on it, too, smelled badly and, of course, was warm since it had not been on. Then...

“uns (3 Erwachsene + Kleinkind) gefällt es hier sehr gut! sehr saubere neue Unterkunft, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht! erwähnen muss ich speziell die hochwertigen Betten, kein billig Schrott mit einer dünnen Schaumstoffmatratze! und ganz wichtig, es ist angenehm ruhig in einer tollen Umgebung in einer grünen Natur von Bananen / Kokosnuss - Bäumen ......also saubere Luft! ebenfalls ganz toller Service was die Betreuung anbelangt, wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause, in der Schweiz! übrigens...

“We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

“We had a great stay at Green Turtle Residences. There is a dive resort right next door and another nice restaurant walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and took care of all our needs. Would definitely recommend!”
