The hotel does not look like the photos and has significantly deteriorated since. The staff did quickly get a room cleaned and ready, but the bathroom flush cover was still left off by the team, leaving it in a functional but not aesthetic state.”

“Nothing”

“Sheets on bed stained, pillow case had stains looked like blood. Fridge bottom dirty. AC at the best worked may be 20 minutes in all night. Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. ”

“Extremely horrible, dirty and no customer service from Hotel staff or Expedia. Booked for 2 nights - stayed only 1 and then ran for a different hotel. ”
