“My two adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home! Everything was clean, and it was very relaxing staying here. The hosts had great communication, and were very friendly. If you are considering this home, I would recommend it, but be aware that the stairs to the second floor are very steep, the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. It may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. But we loved this beautiful, historic home, and would gladly stay here...

“My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. “I’ve stayed in a number of vrbo’s and this is the first I have been compelled to write a review because the experience was so positive. Property and cabin was clean and in great condition. Linens and beds were very comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and location was about 25 minutes from Cooperstown. We saw a ton of wildlife in the area including deer, groundhogs, a fox, chipmunks, and turkeys. Great place to stay! ”
