Large balcony with gas BBQ, leading to air conditioned, open plan living with flat screen TV and a modern kitchen with microwave, oven, cook top and dishwasher, three bedrooms (two queen beds and two king single beds and ceiling fans in all bedrooms), two bathrooms (one with a spa bath) and an internal laundry with washer and dryer.
