“We had a wonderful stay and found the room spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The views over the beautiful gardens were lovely, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the large bath was a real highlight. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The car parking spaces were a little narrow, and while the furnishings were of good quality, some of the laminate finishes looked slightly less premium than expected for an expensive hotel room. “I stayed for three nights in room 46. It was extremely disappointing. The room looked shabby and badly needed an update. The weather was cold and wet but there were no spare blankets available in the cupboards. No washing up liquid was provided for guests to wash their dishes. No side plates available. The bathroom was very poorly maintained. Both the the bath and the washbasin were badly stained and cracked and looked dirty. The wash basin in particular needs replacing. The towels did not look...

“The property was exquisite and the location was close to everything. The only issue was with checkin. We were unable to make a phone call to have someone meet us for checkin. It would be convenient to let out of country guests know that the property manager is available at the hotel next door. This would have simplified the check in significantly. Other than that the experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying g at this location. ”

“Lovely beachfront views, beautifully maintained, spacious, and clean property Nat was very responsive to my queries. 20 minutes to Mount Gambier, great area. Don’t be surprised, it is very windy and wild spot. We bought a cooked cray from 5 star seafood, it was fresh and cooked to perfection - it was expensive but it was a special occasion and wel worth it. Bay pizzeria was very nice too. ”
