A charming two-story New Orleans-style building with retail and hospitality spaces on the ground floor and a backpackers at the rear of the first floor. The building has undergone major renovations, bringing energy and vibrancy to this end of Bridge Street. Stay central, stylish, and comfortable - the perfect base for exploring Nelson City!



• ⚠️ ROADWORKS & ACCESS NOTICE (Active through 18 Dec 2026):

Council infrastructure upgrades ("Bridge to Better" project) are currently active on Bridge Street East.



Vehicle Access: Full 24/7 vehicle closure. Vehicles cannot drive directly to the building for drop-off or pickup.

Parking: Nearest access/parking is available at Buxton Square carpark (entry/exit via Collingwood Street only).

Pedestrians & Noise: Footpaths remain fully open. Weekday daytime construction noise may occur.



• City parking: Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit (first hour free). Fees apply weekdays 8AM–5PM and Saturdays 9AM–1PM. Free/unrestricted outside these times. (Note: Please utilize nearby Buxton Square or periphery parking during street closures).



• Free all-day parking: In addition to free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.



• Noise in the area: Properties in the central city may experience evening/weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity, as well as daytime construction during council works. The apartment is well insulated and double-glazed for your comfort.



• Stairs: This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair-only access.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
