On the lower ground floor, you will find an entrance hall along with 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Each of these rooms is served by its own shower and WC, with a separate additional WC also available on this level. Underfloor heating ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout this floor.
The main living area is spread across the ground level and features a spacious living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and cable television, with direct access to an east-facing terrace. A separate living and dining room also benefits from an open-hearth fireplace and cable television, with access to a north-facing balcony. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese varieties.
