The entrance hall provides an additional sleeping area with 1 bunk bed set of 1 x 2 configuration, each bunk measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The living and dining room is bright and functional, opening onto a south-facing balcony that invites natural light throughout the day. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC, completing the layout with all essential conveniences for a comfortable stay.
